Brotherhood!. This book gives those who have never experienced the brotherhood a brief example of it. No greater sacrifice than that of a line of duty death. Amazing book!

I can't wait to see the movie!. This was a great book. It was filled with excellent action sequences and technical knowledge. I wish it would have been longer. What a great story based on an actual mission.

Excellent Story. Seems s little odd to me that the U.S. Navy would be allowing a Senior Chief Intel. Guy to be the designer of any major conflict in different location of the world, without at least some sort of coordination with Higher Headquarters. Particularly when events happen within forgiven nations.

Closest thing to real SEAL missions! GREAT!. Very close to real movie synopsis. Must read for war/military buffs!

Act of valor. Great book. The action scene in the movie was great but the story line was hard to follow. Reading the book gave a better perspective. As a Vietnam veteran I can only hope things like this really happen and none of my fellow veterans have died in vain!

Act of Valor. Have been around since the early 1960's thanks to President Kennedy. Prior to this the UDT/SEAL TEAM came from the ranks of US NAVY FROGMEN during the WWII era. Correct....The Only Easy Day was Yesterday!!!! Thanks to the many friends along the way.ooooh-yahhh!!! BUDS 139....Movie done correctly....Mr Sheen ...Really???? Hollywood needs to rethink the way they film movies......

Respect. These guys go through hell with such bravery. I have the upmost respect for them and every other member of the armed services! God bless them all!

Good story, weak dialogue.. I enjoyed the story, but thought the dialogue was weak. At times the characters seemed more like actors in a public service announcement than members of an elite fighting group. For this reason, I give the book three stars rather than the four or five stars I usually give Tom Clancy novels.

Just finished it. Though hard to put into the right words, I'm left with simply amazing! Excellent job of making you feel like you're right with them every step of the way. I am in complete awe of these courageous warriors, and am extremely grateful for the sacrifices each of them and their families make to ensure our freedom. I will never again take my freedom for granted. Though I now know how it will end, I can't wait to see the movie. I'm confident that I will be further moved by their honor, dedication and unshakeable bravery.

A must read/have.... This book shows Navy Seals taking on the hardest challenges that can be given to man. It shows how they track down their target, but also getting rid of other foes silently, fast, and hide the dead body.

Hero's. As I finished this book with tears in my eyes, I have to thank the men portrayed in this book for giving me the freedom I take for granted. True or not, it will make you wonder how many times our American Hero's have completed there mission thwarting attacks on America. Thank you to all the Silent Warriors that I pass and will never know the sacrifices they have made for me and this great land we live.
