A peaceful solution. The Stoics created guidelines for how “the empire between our ears” is the best instrument to leading a great life. AS A MAN THINKETH builds upon this premise because James Allen experienced in his own life the benefits of having clean and positive thoughts. Trying to answer WHY throughout life is irrelevant. Instead focus on answering HOW, as studies show there is an 80% greater chance of achievement. There’s a reason why this book has survived over a century. The guidelines allowed for people to better understand how to monitor and manage “the empire between our ears.”
