The Black Box -> iTunes Audiobook Download. Clicking on the "BUY" button turns it instantly to "Downloaded" It doesn't Download??? Now I gotta go see if I've been charged for it? This is the first problem I've had like this and I've downloaded a lot from the iTunes Store. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Best Bosch. I have enjoyed the detective Bosch series and this one is brilliant. The author lets you be a witness to the detective's mind as he unravels a multifaceted plot.

HARRY BOSCH AT HIS BEST!. Definitely would recommend this book. Enjoyed the excellent plot twists. One of Michael Connelly‘s best!

The Black Box. I am a big fan of this author and have loved all his prior titles. This book, however is of a very low caliber. To be quite honest, it reads as if someone else wrote it under Connely's name. Disappointing and I do not recommend it.

Download. Why does the book not download?

The Black Box. All of his stuff, so far, is very good. Especially if you are stuck in a waiting room. You can drop the thread and pick it up again very easily. A reader in Petoskey Michigan.

Amazing. This book is just as good as the very first of his I read. Michael Connelly has hit upon a formula that never gets old or stale, and I am already looking forward to his next release. Please keep them coming!

Terrific! Harry Bosch at his best.. Michael Connelly has written another can't put it down chapter of the Harry Bosch story. I'm looking forward to the next book.

boring. you're going to tell me this was as good as the scarecrow, lincoln lawyer, or void moon ???? really ??? please.....he needs to regroup - this book was boring and lazy....been there - read it before.

Great read from start to finish!. I know it is cliche’ to say one of the best, but I really think this is one of the best Bosch books!

Bosch does it again. Connelly knows how to write ... Good book, but it is not his best. Worthy of a plane ride read.

The Black Box. I loved the book and thought is was dynamic and held by attention. I have read almost every one of your books.After each chapter I pause and try to guess how the story will develop I thought she had a twenty year old child even till the end. I also thought the city would have a press conference and announce that a bunch of white rich guys etc were found guilty of the murder not a black person and Harry would publicly be honored as a hero and O'toole would be stripped of command and . Finally the tenth floor would be under investigation With that said I loved the bookRichard

The Black Box. By boysmumas Excellent read. How can it be rated 3 1/2 stars when it has been unavailable for purchase until now? Who are these raters? This is one of the best Harry Bosch novels I have read. Great plot, terrific characters, and an edge of your seat ending. I love how Harry and his daughter are bonding. He's slowly understanding the teenage mind and good for him. One of Connelly's best.

The Black Box. Great book! Simply could not stop reading once I had begun. Would highly recommend to any reader who loves mystery thrillers.

Modern Bosch. I couldn't wait for it and now I'm sad I sped through it so quickly. I thought It was very good. Bosch has evolved, but kept his integrity. Good story, but fewer of the wrong turns of his earliest works where you felt like you were reading 3 books for the price of one! It must be challenging to write in the age of technology where so much of the miscues are avoided with cell phones, GPS, etc. What will we do when he retires? Maybe Connelly will right retro strories about Bosch's many earlier cases. Anyhow... Enjoy!

The Black Box. Great, I could not put it down. Made me want to go back and read all the past Harry B. books again.

The Black Box. I've read this book twice, and enjoyed it both times, but the lack of research into pronunciations of the Central Valley locations was a major problem with the audio book. Manteca, pronounced ( man te ca) with a long e. Also Salida pronounced with a long i. I was amazed that you wouldn't have researched these pronunciations before publishing the books. It had a nails on blackboard reaction for me. It's an excellent book, but don't listen to it if you know the Central Valley, it will drive you crazy. Robert

Twists and turns. He just gives me joy reading his books. You will like this a lot.

The black box. Luv Harry's bulldog tenacity ! Would always want him on my side! He twists along the trail of this story with interesting LA bits n pieces. Feels like ur walking along with him.

Not typical Bosch. I usually love all the Harry Bosch novels & Michael Connelly but its like this one was phoned in, story was slow not your typical Bosch. ;(

Awesome. Topnotch as expected. Word of advice to those who complained about download issues- send your comments to apple. Why rate the book lower when it's the vendor selling you at fault?? Harry Bosch and The author do not fail to impress, again.

the Black Box. In numerous sections it seemed as if Connelly had a co-author --one without his high level of writing skills. The book often lacked MC's special touch and distinctive descriptions. Either he only gave it half his usual effort, or maybe he has one or more assisting him? MC is the only author whose works I have read in entirety, and I always look forward to each new one. This one, however, was disappointing.

Won't Download. Apple seems to be having more and more problems with the "little things." Downloads of books, apps and music have been nothing but problems lately.

Mediocre and predictable. Totally average, quick read.

Too Slow. Not a believable plot and the first 85 percent of the book is too slow before the unrealistic ending. KD

Black box. Wow Three quarters of this book is filler text I can't read another page of what might or might not have happened! Two pages describing a "detective" making phone calls from the yellow pages that were either not answered or the wrong person? I liked the book before this but this reads like a contract - Mike C. you owe us a novel of 1000 pages and have it done by Monday. Sorry Michael Connelly -I'm out!

Another great Harry Bosch story. This one like all the others kept me riveted. Looking forward to the next.
