Outstanding. I love this book. I make bread from it twice a week. Very simple steps to make great artisan bread.
Bought the book couldn't read it. I recently purchased this book via iBooks and when it downloaded there was an error message across all pages of the book showing a rendering error. Restarting the app didn't fix the issue neither did restarting my phone. I love baking and was really looking forward to giving this a read but now I'm just out $19.

It is easy to follow and for any of the techniques that I needed a visual, the author has a YouTube channel to show you how. Love, love, love this book and my new found love of playing in the dough!

Flour Water Salt Yeast. This is an excellent instruction book for anyone wanting to get the passion for baking bread. One of the best instructions on the subject! Details are exhaustive, but not exhausting. It's a page turner, because the Author teaches from his experience as a passionate "Boulanger". And he invites you into his bakery and make you feel as if you are learning hands on! You don't read this book you dive into it!
