LOVED IT!!!. This book is such a good read. It drew me in and I couldn’t stop reading it. I was so into it I would get emotional while o read it (and I am not a real emotional guy). Totally recommend it.

BEST BOOK EVER. Wonderful! Love it!!! Definitely recommend to anyone who likes drama and the 1980s. It does talk about some stuff like drinking, drugs, and killing. So if your not into that stuff, I wouldn’t recommend! 😁

New favorite book. OK LET ME SY THAT THIS IS THE BEST BOOK EVER. HATERS BACK OFF AND GET A FREAKING LIFE. YOU HAVE NOT READ A SINGLE BOOK UNTIL YOU READ THIS ONE. I LOVE IT SO MUCH WE DID THIS FOR A PROJECT IN 7TH GRADE AND HONESTLY I DIDN’T EVEN DO THE PROJECT I JUST READ THE BOOK. IT WAS THAT FREAKING GOOD. Also, i literally almost cried in chapters 9-10 it made me so sad. Like, idc if the character was fictional or non-fictional if someone has to go through all of that when they are FOURTEEN, im going to cry. Also, why is no one talking about dally 😭, that made me so sad that he lost the one thing he loved.

Amazing book y’all. Okay I just want to say I love S.E. Hintons books. This is one of my absolute favorites, this book really touched me and it reminded me of how low we can feel but never consider how low other people actually are. If you don’t know what I mean please buy the book and read it. It’s very good. Also Johnny, you will be missed. 😔 I am reading this book for 8th grade and I recommend reading it if you have a school project. I read this whole book in like 3 day lol. 🤭

THE OUTSIDERS😍😍😍😍😍😍. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BOOK/MOVIE. The plot is amazing, and the actors in the movie who play, Darry, Johnny, Ponyboy, Soda, and Dally are soooo hot. I love everything about this book and movie. I recommend it to anyone!!!

So Good. We read this in 8th grade and it was amazing! Like, I actually paid attention when we were reading it that I ended up passing my English assignments, and one of my friends cried over Johnny’s death. So yeah, purty good. 👌👌👌 We watched the movie and the cast was smokin! Especially Sodapop. Only dislike: Has nothing to do with the plot, but back then ppl were so sexist, that the author couldn’t even put her full name in the title because ppl would’ve been like “she’s a woman what does she know???” Uhm apparently more than most men! Girl Power!!! ✊

The Best Book Ever!!. This is the best book for adults and teens! There was a lot of laughing points and serious points as well. Great book, recommend for anyone who loves to read,(even if you don’t, you should listen to the audio version!!)

One of my top 3 fav books. This is one of my favorite books that I have ever read, the writing was really easy to read (which I love) I like that they’re all like family to each other (besides the brothers of the group). It’s clear that they care a lot about each other after Johnny died. I’d say my favorites would be Johnny, Pony, and Soda. Stay golden ☀️ ❤️

I love this book!!. I loved this book, This is about the 2nd time im reading this. I loved the suspense, and the tension when it comes to fighting. Although i didn’t enjoy the ending very well, i think the book would’ve ended well with a few more chapters. But overall, This book was worth it!

Terrible. I truly have a powerful dislike for this book. It has no story. Nothing of any real substance is there. It is one of the most iconic books ever so I could be full of it. But I do not see at all what someone might get from such a book.

Very thoughtful story. This story I have read not just in iBooks but the actual book, I had to read this book last year and I'm in grade 9. I am a male and this book is very sad. This book is basically about two sides the Socs and the Greasers, their problem is that they cannot be seen together as it may seem bad or not right. These people have similar lives and they can relate but because of what these two sides have it is not right

School done right. So we had to read this for school. And I wasn't too excited. In fact I was like this: >:( But I read it. And read it. And finished it. And cried. And now I feel all mopey and sad. Accurate portrayal of the problems of that time period. (Or so I hear. I'm not that old. Definitely not. Not even close.) But I loved it. (Duh.) and now I have learned always to thrust English teachers. This book was written when the author was a teen and that is just amazing. WHOOP! =(.0.)= P.S. I am thirteen and a bookworm and obviously this story isn't for everyone but I very much enjoyed it. (See, I'm not THAT old!!)

Pretty great.. I was in 8th grade at the time and at first it was kinda boring. But later I got kinda glued to the story and find it really good. My dad told me he read the book before. After we’re done with the book and watching the film I loved it and I wanted to get that book in a physical form ever since.

Class. I am reading this book in class. I thought it was going to be really bad because the teacher picked it but it is really good. The character descriptions are very detailed "I have green-grey eyes but I wish they were more grey because I don't like most the guys I know with green eyes."

Love. It.. I’ve never been one to pick up a book and read, and when I do, I can only pay attention for 10 minutes. Right now I’m living off 1 hour of sleep because I stood up reading “The Outsiders” from start to finish and watching the movie. Everyone has their own genre preference and I guess I’ve found mine. I highly suggest this and if you’ve been given this as a middle school or high school read, you’ll be thanking your teacher.
