Awesome. Great author very informative and delicious recipes get his other books!

Perfect!. I really enjoyed this book. Lots of great info on the WHY, not just “listen to me because I’ve figured out body science”. The recipes are delicious so far, definitely going to make them ALL! I look forward to diving deeper into my body building knowledge and reading more from you!

Great stuff!. Recipes are easy to prepare and very tasty! The calories/macro nutrients numbers are quite precise (I've compared them by scanning the ingredients while making the meals).

Bummed. I just bought this iBook but it only allows me to read the breakfast recipes. I was under the impression that I would get all the recipes if I bought the book. I have shakes for breakfast and lunch so this does me no good. I will admit that the breakfast recipes do look delicious. I’m just bummed that I cant read the dinner and sides recipes which is what I bought it for.

Just what needed. I just hit a breaking point with my diet. I am not a cook at all and my creativity in the kitchen is at zero. I've grown bored with my diet and this book looks amazing. Gonna start shopping Tomorrow and getting some much needed variety!

Delicious and nutritious. I've always been a gym rat but eating healthy had always been hard for me. I enjoy food and just hated all the healthy bland foods. I've tried a lot of the recipes in this book and I haven't had one yet that I don't like. This book is more than just a cookbook. It's got tons of great information about how to eat to achieve your goals.

Terrific book. I loved this book. Very simple, delicious recipes that were very well organized and easy to follow. Similarly, the book is organized well and works great on the ipad. My only regret is that there weren't more poultry recipes, as it's pretty much the cornerstone of every fitness diet. Oh well, still a great book. -@slazar4

A Cookbook Done Right.. Without bragging, I can cook well. Granted, it’s buttered, sugared and floured. What isn’t good with all of that? Until now I struggled to actually make anything healthy that also didn’t taste bland. This book made cooking healthier dishes so simple. Also, he gave macro counts for every recipe. What isn’t to love? Even if you only like 25% of the 120 recipes, that’s still a heck of a good amount of dishes to add to your repitoire for such a cheap (in dollar amount not quality) book.

The shredded chef. Great book with a lot of good recipes. Highly recommend it.

BLS in the kitchen. I have never been one to jump into the kitchen but after reading this book it has given me a new knowledge and the confidence to jump in and create delicious and healthy meals.

Awesome book I am totally blind Had brain cancer when I was six months old and has led to issues of me being able to track and take care of my diet properly I am planning on converting as many recipes from this book as I can to crockpot recipe so all I have to do is prep And then let them cook, It definitely made me hungry reading it LOL

Just what I have been looking for. This book has it all, recipes to help you lose weight and ones to help you build muscle. The weight loss recipes are great and when you combine them with the sides deserts protein bar and other recipes the combinations are endless glad I purchased his book. The only thing I would say is I have had to google a few of the ingredients to see what they are called in England but no matter you can still get the ingredients here

Great food, great information,. I’m in the U.K. bought this book to give me some more ideas and if I’m being totally honest, I just wanted to see what sort of food Mike likes to eat. The recipes are aimed more towards an American audience, converting cups and ounces isn’t a problem but some of the ingredients aren’t as readily available here. Doesn’t stop me from making the meals as their is always an alternative. It’s not just recipes either, their is lots of information on nutrition in general and how to choose the best types of meat etc

Difficult book to follow.... Concept is good but poorly laid out book that doesn't work well as an ebook. Getting big or trying to get lean? Aren't these two different goals? So why is the book based around being lean? Everything is thrown together without any thought what the reader is trying to achieve with complex recipes that aren't actually as easy/quick to put together as writer makes out.
