Good book. Perfect guide for beginners in flipping real estate

You've gotta read this !!. This book seriously is very motivating and Preston tells you exactly what to do !! It's that simple .. I was a very negative person but after reading this book it just motivated me and made me a positive person. Now it's time to make the big bucks $$$ and he's a pretty funny guy haha laughed a couple times.

No B.S. No Fluff Simple. Not 300 pages of b.s. Not 200 pages of fluff. About 100 pages of a detailed plan start to finish. The only thing missing is you. Read the book!

Have More Questions. I learned a little from this book, but it leaves you with unanswered questions. He seems to skip instructions in the most important parts; also, he does WAY TOO MUCH PERSONAL ADVERTISING

Good book. Simple ninja tricks for wholesaling. I'm a rehabber but now realize I can wholesale deals as well and easier I might add.

Have to be willing. This book is literally a step by step guide to get you started in wholesaling! You have to be willing to get out there and network though. The author makes it seem easy (which it could be if you are a social butterfly). I think in my experience, this is a perfect guide yet it requires more human skills than the author says there has to be especially for beginners. If it weren't for this point and my next point, I would've given it 5 stars because you'll be a completely successful wholesaler using his methods. Unfortunately, he mentioned it was free but I clearly paid for it so this book needs to be updated. False advertising.

Good read.. This was an interesting book. I hadn't heard of this approach of real estate investing before. At the end of the book Preston mentions that many people probably wouldn't be able to do this without a mentor and I believe that. The awesome thing is Preston has a website with all the resources people need and mentors to be successful. Thanks Preston.

Terrible. It's people like this that wreck the real estate investing market for people who use real estate as a true "investment" and not a scam. Since when is profiting from others misfortune "integrity." From false advertising to deceptive contracting, this guy is out to rob people. The service he provides adds zero value, none at all. He simply takes money from desperate people and gives nothing back. One thing he's right about is how trashy a neighborhood looks with all those "we buy houses" signs all over the place. And it's funny how he admits this and says how much cities hate these. Yet, "who cares because you make tons of money!" I just don't understand how you can run a business like this and feel good about yourself. I guess it's the type of people who care more about money than people. Yes, money is nice to have, but at the end of your life it's going to be your acts of kindness that leave a lasting impression on you and others not your acts of selfishness. Read this book if you want to learn about a real estate scam. It won't teach you a single thing about investing.

No BS Real Estate Investing. Preston definitely laid out the basics in a very concise and No BS format that ANYBODY should be able to go out and make $2,000 tomorrow. There is no fluff to sidetrack you and just goes to show whether you think you can or can't succeed, you're right!! Thanks Preston

Totally a Great and Informative book!!. This book brought out the information one needs to start investing. With its occasional humor mixed in it keeps you entertained, focused and especially, motivated! Preston cuts right to the chase in giving information that matters and cuts out all the greasy fat to give you a lean and healthy dose of realism in what it takes to be successful! Thanks for some really helpful pointers and shortcuts too! I really enjoyed this book, I appreciate you helping others!! Brian

Wow!. My mind was set on flipping houses myself , but reading this has me all twisted for sure ! Wholesaling seems like the better route and this book gives all the good and bad details needed before heading into the business ! Such a great read , not the boring style words on a book but character within the whole book.. I loved it!

Amazing book. The book gives more insight on wholesale real estate than any other book I've ever bought...and it was free!

Definitely worth reading!!!!!!!!. I have purchased a few of Preston Ely's products. He speaks the truth and always gives great information at a very low price. If you are willing to apply his principles and not make excuses there is no question you WILL succeed in real estate. If you decide to buy some of his other products not only will success be found in real estate but also in your relationships, friendships, and even your health. While I have not been personally mentored by him I definitely consider him a mentor in my life. Read his book, find him on YouTube, check out his blog and check out what he has to say. If you listen(and I mean actually LISTEN) to what he has to say you will be impressed and your life will be better.
