Not detailed enough. You need to cover areas like breathing, posture and form. Those are essentials. Good list building technique. I'm sure you'll get more subscribers if you spent extra 2-3 hours for detailing your "freebie". Cheers!

15 ab exercises you have never done but should.. Well done short exercise video’s for the abs.

Great ab workouts. The author not only shows each individual ab workout with video, but he explains the benefit of each. He further shows how you can use different combinations to shock your abs and not do the same boring routine. It's up to the reader to follow through.

Simple. Couldn’t be better, simple, effective and he does a really good job in allowing you to quickly review each and go on. I’m no 6 pack but I’ve incorporated 5 of these into my daily routines and quickly go back change to another 5 after a few weeks. Quick and Nimble!

Quick read with videos. This is a good start to ab exercises. It’s not long or in depth but it’s not a complete waste. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to start. However, if you have mobility issues, I don’t believe this book is for you.

Great exercises for abs. I thought the exercises were challenging and really worked the core abdominal(which is excellent for people with acute back issues) however I was not happy with the link to the other metabolic increasing tips. Sad face.

Oh dear. Ridiculous title considering these are the 15 of the most commonly used abdominal exercises in the fitness industry Also, imagine a lot of people will suffer from back pain if they follow this books exercises and demonstrations Well laid out book though and good idea

BRILLIANT!. Going on holiday next week, like to do 30mins of exercise a day before laying on my back for the next 8hrs in the sun. Nice idea but.... The videos show, that the instructor has know idea what he is doing! The execution of the exercises is really bad! Think about what you are doing, if you follow this book...

Workout. In your ab book you do all of the exercises quickly! To achieve better results with the exercises that you have selected do not do the ab workout with momentum. The slower the better because you are working the muscles harder.
