Whiskey Sour. I’m addicted to the Addison Holmes Mystery Series. So humorous, refreshing, fun and clever. Ms. Hart brings lots of enjoyment to these novels and it makes my day. This book was very entertaining and keeps me wanting more. And, when the book ends, you want to continue with the next chapter (series), immediately! And I will.

Loved it. Loved the first one but this one was a great addition in every way. ❤️

Better Than the First!. This book was even better than the first book in the series. I love when an author writes a character that is so real and that can make you laugh out loud. I laughed all through this book! Can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Dane. I felt like I had turned the television on late one night, only to discover a wonderful love story. The read was so smooth I truly felt it was televised just for me. The characters of Dane, Charlie and Dane's brother made feel like I had known the for the ten year span of the novella. I would recommend this book for anyone who needs, a sweet love story with a good ending.

Can I just be Addison for a minute?. Hilarious, awkward, and just as good as the first in the series! This book will have you laughing out loud until you cry all the while sucked in to the main story. Definitely worth the read. If you're a fan of the Rose Gardner Mystery series you will love this just as much if not more!

Whiskey sour. Lilliana Hearts' "whiskey" books featuring Addison Holmes, are all great books. I've read the first two in the series in two days. They're quick, good, entertaining reads. Addicting. I will be finishing out this series. If you're looking for a book to consume you, this is a good series to start with.

Quick read- inconsistent characters. The story as a whole is decent and quick to read, but the author can’t seem to make up their mind on how to spell minor character names and the background of the main character. In book one the minor character is Rose Marie, in book two she is Rosemarie. In book one, the main character was raised a Methodist, in book two she’s catholic. It’s annoying when authors don’t remember their own backstory for their own books. Just stick to what you wrote their first time. Oh and maybe have a page break between scenes.

Whiskey Sour - yes please!. Purchased this book straight after finishing book 1, Whiskey Rebellion. The characters are more rounded and the story was even better than the first. There were genuine laugh out loud moments and I really like the will they, won't they relationship between Addison & the men in her life. Looking forward to reading the next chapter of Addison Holmes calamitous life.

Whiskey Sour. This was my first Lilliana Hart book and I enjoyed it immensely, I found it thrilling and funny. I have started out of order by reading Whiskey Sour first, so I am going back and starting from the first Whiskey book looking forward to reading more about Addison Holmes and her mis/adventures.

Whiskey Sour. Great to giggle along with as the author takes u on the journey of a female wannabe detective who failed as a teacher.

Whisky Sour. A disappointing read with a shallow plot and neither character development nor plot suspense. The introduction of scenes aimed to titillate added nothing to the story.

Not my favourite, but still a good read. I see this book as more of a scene setting novel for the third novel in many ways, although it wasn’t a bad read in itself. Still well written and good plot, but the star goes to Whiskey for Breakfast in my opinion.

NoComment of Nunawading. Whiskey Sour... what a great read! Addison Holmes is more flawed than any other heroine I've ever encountered, and more loveable by the bucket load... how her friend Kate McClean ever allowed her to work at the McClean Detective Agency, good reputation and all, astounds me, but c'est la vie! Addison fumbles her way through an interesting plot, but it is the humour that kept me turning the pages... I was really laughing out loud, constantly, loudly, continually, page after page after page! A brilliant sequel to Whiskey Rebellion and I can't wait to finish this review to get started on Whiskey for Breakfast... thank-you Liliana Hart, you've made my day, or even maybe my week! Make sure you read the Addison Holmes series, if nothing else, you're bound to find some fantastic one-liners you can use in the future!
