Very useful book about different types of stretches and their definition.
There is plenty of examples and movement for single muscles and muscle groups from head to toe including:
- Shoulder Blades
- Upper and lower Back
all the movements are with picture and they are very easy to follow.
This is such a well-written, informative, and helpful book, I'm so glad I downloaded it!
The pictures are clear, the directions are concise, and the stretches are great, work every part of the body! I can't believe the author made such a concise and still encompassing book. I can do these even with my busy schedule.
