Infomercial. This "book" contains few tips that that may be informative to the uninformed, but it is mostly an advertisement for the author's full book. It's free... And you get what you pay for.

Best of the bestttt!!. Ok this is by far the best trainer ive ever known! He's honest wz deep knowledge and experience,straight to the point and a gr8 motivator too..defiantly gona buy the rest of his books, i was impressed when i followed him on fb and asked him his advice about my workout and he replied me in details..this guy is just awesome :)

Infomercial deluxe. Don't waste your time on this , life is too short to read bad books, and this one is bad. It promotes all this person's crap without real info. Avoid!

Fit is the new skinny. This book didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, was pretty much just common sense, and seemed to be little more than a giant advertisement for the author to sell (push) his other books. Very disappointing! In fact, if there was a rating lower than one star, I'd give it that.

Interesting, finally a book of truth... I am pretty in awe of what this book is saying and what the message is about. I am basically what you would consider a thin build girl, lean and very into keeping my body tight. I have used a certain system throughout my life to maintain my weight and 3 kids later I can honestly say that it has been working. This book is pretty much exactly what I have been doing and reading it made me want to know more and do more. I believe everything written in this book to be true, because I have been doing it. I was excited to learn that yes, I have been exercising and eating the right way and after 3 kids, I still have my beach body. Following through with what the book says will give you results, no doubt about it. Good luck to those wanting the same!

TO THE POINT. Straight to the point and very educational information to get fit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I loved reading it. I’m excited to apply what I learned to my fitness lifestyle.

Wake up call!. I saw this book and with a toned woman on front and thought "this is a chick book!" I am astounded on how many myths I have believed over the years. This book opened my eyes and it is already saving me from wasting my precious time! I have had trainers for bodybuilding and they would only work certain areas! Diet 70%-80% I heard it before but this book explains why... If you want some common sense in the gym I HIGHLY recommend this book! Josh

Great read & truthful. I enjoyed reading this book, very true words spoken :)

Not even worth one star. This is not a book. It's a load of generic blurb with an advert at the end. With the final insult being it keeps reappearing back in my library even when deleted a million times. I am very sure the positive reviews are fake as you'll figure out once you download. (don't!). I thought Apple had good quality control with regards to things like spam??

Skinny. All talk no actual answer, got to buy another book to get the answer!

Read this book. I read this book in one sitting. It's all the helpful information minus all the padding out it would take to make it onto the shelf. Lots of tips on diet and exercise without telling you what to eat and how many reps to do. I'd recommend this to anyone who is new to fitness or has been trying to get in shape for longer.

Good read. There you have it doing lots of low weight reps is in fact a waste of time thank you you have helped me improve my gym routine if only and helped me see another angle about diet and building lean muscle,I d like to read some other books from the author as it was clear,easy to read and very incite full.
