Well. It needed a better ending.😐

Fantastic Book. Funny and relatable.. I’ve used this book many times as a learning tool with young non-native English speaking children. Each child found the book enjoyable and easy to follow. The scenes and characters are very relatable, thus, I found it very handy.

Donut. Donuts is a very well produced book because of how easy it is for you to read to kids and kids to read to you or for them to read out load. 🍩

Bryan Langdo's best work!. This book is brilliant. The intricate language and use of precise diction is perfect for this type of a novel. The hippo is a very complex protagonist accompanied perfect deuteragonist, Gorilla. It is a must read and I highly recommend it.

Really good for people ages 12-13. I loved it I read it in my third hour and did not regret reading it. It's really worth the zero dollars I had to pay.

Spectacular. My husband downloaded this book for something different to read at nighttime & we have had to buy all the books because my son (just turned 4) could not get enough. The narration was fantastic, the illustration awesome, really fun & beautiful & the stories always eliciting huge laughs. Life with a kid that's favorite word may very well be "again" can be rough but these stories stand up to repeat readings. We will keep an eye out for the rest of the series. It's simply the best.

Teacher-parent. This is a really cute story that hits home for me! My kids loved it and giggled throughout! I think my students will like it too. Also, the audio option is great! The reader changes his voice for differ characters and reads fluently. I highly recommend this book and I will probably purchase others!

Donuts. Donuts missed the mark for being anything but slightly entertaining. A gluttonous hippo stuffs himself sick with too many donuts and is no wiser after the fact. Even with Gorilla's help in distracting his attention, nothing is taught or learned, as seen by hippo's behavior. As a nutrition educator for children, I believe this book could have been very effective in teaching healthy behavior changes.

Homer the Hippo. If you are still tickled by Homer Simpson's eternal love of donuts (who isn't?) you will probably love Hippo's limitless desire for donuts as well. This funny, and well illustrated, book will charm little kids while gently teaching them that there can be too much of a good thing.

Adorable book!!. I love donuts so I can totally relate to hippo in the story! This book was somehow amazingly FREE?!! The ones that come after it are incredibly low priced and just as good!! Such a treat to find high-quality storytelling, illustration, music and sound like this in a reasonably priced iBook!! Yay! I recommend these for anybody that's looking for sweet, high-quality children's books that's totally entertaining and a great price!!
