Rising Storm. This storyline was funny ,terrifying what happened in the dog fighting world , and how the town is always there. Love the characters in the town and couples will be reading the next series. Ms Brooks books keep getting better keep writing them .

Love series; topic hard to read. I love love her books and will continue to read and recommend them. I'm a fan! I found the dog fighting topic difficult. I know she stands on the right side of this issue as do our beloved characters. Living through the Michael Vick scandal in Atlanta many years ago was so, so sad. After finishing the book I had to squeeze my puppies extra tight! I still recommend reading this one. Bravo for one of my favorite love stories! Bring back the horses!

Okay. It was okay. There were good parts. The wrap up with Jack Jacks was ridiculous. It seems it was a lazy way to wrap things up (too) quickly. Overall it was okay. I had really enjoyed the first of the series, Bluegrass Undercover much better.

Highly recommend this series!. Great characters, interesting storylines, entertaining reads.
