It was ok.. I read a lot, saw a lot of great reviews of this book. It was just ok. A decent story line but a little boring and felt dragged out. Predictable and I wouldn't read it again.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I loved this book so much I never wanted to put it down. You fall in love with the characters, you feel what they feel. The author puts the perfect words together. This book made me love reading, I used to hate it before.

Amazing. This book was fantastic it talked about how she really stood up for herself and how when she has a hearing aid it doesn't matter to her and when the mean girls always called her DEAF GIRL I hated that part cause it was so rude and even my mom loves this book so I give it a rating of 5

The dad being dead part is so sad but it dose get better I promise I am going on the other 2nd and 3rd book because I loved this one💕 I just wished the other ones were free 💰

Beautiful. In the beginning I wasn’t really expecting much, but as the story progressed I grew to understand “Jasmine”. I won’t sugarcoat it, I cried, multiple times. Being 13 myself, I understood some of the things that were introduced in specific chapters. I loved that she did acting, which I find is an understated skill. This book really spoke to me and I thought it was a fun read!

Fabulous Read. I loved this book! It's was a creative combination of defining friendship, finding inner strength, and accepting personal realities. It taps into too many emotions to list. This would be a great read for an adult/child book club. I'll be recommending it to my 5th grade readers. I'm anxious to hear their thoughts and spark conversation.

Invisible. This book is really good. I could not put it down. I love how Jaz changes from a shy quiet nobody to a strong confident girl. I suggest this book anyone who's looking for a good book to read.

Invisible. This book is a great book I loved this book so much it is sad happy and pulling you in all at the same time I really recommend this book to teens and adults and it is a heart warming story about a girl who moves and her dad died and she gets bullied but she finally rises to the top where she belongs.

Fantastic book. It is hard to capture my attention and hold it but the cover was magneto zing and the script was perfect. I felt like I could completely relate to everything going on. It was dramatic but not in an over the top way and had my heart racing through parts. I felt as if I were her. I was completely consumed in her world. I was very moved by this book and has caused me to want to check out her other books. :) definitely worth five stars.

Good can get boring though. It was good but warning it’s kinda sad when you get into it so if you don’t like that then I wouldn’t recommend.

Invisible was AWESOME!!!. This book was awesome and I think that it is lucky to exist in the world. I love how it teaches you to be yourself and to do things no matter what other people think of it. I’d honestly suggest for other people to read it. Also for those who need a friend in the world Jasmine (the main character) can relate also for those who feel lost, if you read this book you will feel found.

Loved it. I’m not much of a book reader but I really loved this book.

Good read.. I was expecting more out of it based on the ratings. But it's an okay read. I would definitely recommend it to adolescents, or anyone who's ever felt like they don't belong. It's relatable, but I'd say this particular book is aimed for young adolescents. Not a huge fan, but it was good.

Loved it!. I loved this young adult novel. The characters were relatable and believable. The plot was intriguing—I couldn’t put it down! And the lessons and humanity in the story were beautiful. It made me cry, which, for me, is the sign of a good story!

Amazing!. This book is a great story and definitely life changing. It opens up your eyes to bullying, depression, and told me a great moral that I will never forget.

Love it. This is my favorite book, but when she said: you know these pink ballet shoes? The one you like when ur nine I WAS NINE THREE YRS AGO ❤️❤️ but I still love the book, for people that like this book I suggest fire in first (it has some swear though) or the other books, LUV IT🍓

Growing pains. This young adult novel offers a clear picture of the difference one caring adult figure can make in the life of a teen, especially one who is hurting. The main character is dealing with the death of her father, along with the grief and guilt of her mother, while trying to make her own way in a world where she is “the new girl” with a hearing disability. The novel addresses typical teen problems such as getting caught up in the wrong crowd and the wrong situations, bullying, friendship, and the painful process of finding one’s own identity.

Great book!!!. I relate to this book in a way. I want to be invisible, but I also kind of want to be seen. It seems confusing, but the author really did a great job of expelling Jazmine's emotions :) bravo and thank you

Lovely and realistic!. I loved it! It really shows how it feels to grow up! I was able to feel Jazmine’s emotions and enjoyed the whole story. It’s so realistic and full of life. It’s one of those stories that I’ll definitely keep in my heart. If you’re someone who’s debating on reading it, you definitely should! It’s not intense, and it still makes you feel so much. The plot and everything is amazing. It definitely deserves the 5 stars. It was so good I read it in two days, I couldn’t put it down. Loved it!!

Amazing novel. This book was excellent. I read it nonstop even though it was a little confusing because of the Australian terms used like, canteen and petrol. But I got the hang of it and it turned out be a very great book.

Good read. Easy read though thought provoking, especially for those who have a child or work with one.

Enjoyable read. I really liked this book. It takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. You are routing for Jaz from page one and love the person she becomes. It's children's fiction but captures how cruel they can be to someone who is a bit different. Jaz wins in the end but not before one final kick..she is believable and you feel her pain and triumph. I'm not a young reader I'm 50 but it brought back feelings we all have hidden long ago.

Invisible. Wow, a great read! I loved this book from finish to end. It pulled me in right from the beginning, I couldn't stop reading it! Every time I got my iPad I read this book instead of playing on games! I have even recommended it to many of my friends! I recommend it for 12+ years. I enjoyed it a lot, it was good to see Jazmine come out of her shell, to overcome her fear and show Shalini that she is not a pushover and she can stand up for herself. Invisible. Really enjoyed this book and how it explored the aspect of grief that we cannot see. The inner turmoil and emotions evoked by grief and how children struggle to deal with its complexities. It gave real insight into this without being too heavy and most importantly demonstrated the characters journey slowly out of it. Loved the writers style and felt engaged throughout.

Invisible. Terrific read. I could identify very much with Jazmine despite the fact I'm 37, not deaf and not Australian. Ultimately, teenagers are just teenagers.

Invisible. What a great read, aimed at older kids but also resonates with adults, we were all young once! The central character is a young girl struggling with the loss of her father and teetering on the brink of adolescence. In jasmine the author has created a sympathetic and compelling character without being overly sentimental. I really wanted to know what happened next and cheered her on through every triumph. Will definitely recommend to my own thirteen year old and anyone else who appreciates a good read. Would have paid for this book and would love to buy a hard copy if available.

My review. I think this book was quite good and it had me engaged all the way through. It made me feel a bit sad at times but I'm glad she ended up with a happy ending.

You feel the story.. This book really struck a deep relatable emotional chord in me, capturing what an unfortunate amount of children (young-teens) have to go through, how they cope but most importantly how the can still grow in mental and emotional strength and character.
