FAITH ENHANCER. This book is amazing. It is a wonderful story about a boy who got a glance of heaven. This book will make you go in tears and that's was so good about it. If you're having doubts about your Christian faith this book will make you believe everything about your faith is real!

Heaven In Our Hearts. As soon as we were born, when blood from our mother's womb with finality is cut off and we start breathing on our own, a channel is opened and kept clear in our being centered within the tiny brain. This is our consciousness. Through our life, this consciousness holds everything we learn and accumulates; adding to those we acquired from our parents. Our pains, joyful moments, fearful experiences, exciting encounters and events both happy and full of sorrow congregate and becomes our personality. All these are monitored by an overarching voice, guiding and leading our whole being to make decisions every single moment while we are alive__ our conscience.

Wonderful narrative!. I was completely absorbed while reading this story. I'm a registered nurse with almost 50 years of experience. I was appalled that the doctor misdiagnosed appendicitis! A simple palpation of the abdomen would have revealed it! Poor parents, poor boy! I'm also a Catholic nun. I believe Heaven is all around us, but so is hell. Colton is right about satan--when I was 16 I felt his evil presence and I never forgot it. Thank you for sharing these events and for the picture of YAH'SHUA (Jesus') REAL Name. Blessings to all and please pray for me as I'm ill and alone except for my dog and birds. And please pray that my house sells quickly.

Excuse me. ultimatist you clearly need to read the Holy Bible through. Especially the New Testament. I’m 12 years old and I even know that Romans 10:9 says “If you declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you WILL be saved!” And Mark 11:22-23 says “‘Have faith in God,’ Jesus answered. ‘Truly I tell you if anyone says to this mountain, ‘go throw yourself into the sea!’ And does NOT doubt in their heart but believes what they say will happen, it will be done for them!’” And best of all, one of my favorite Bible verses in the world that I memorized when I was 6 years old 😁, John 3:16 which says: “For God SO LOVED the world that He gave His one and only Son, so that whoever believes in Him will not die, but have everlasting life!” These verses are very clear that if you believe in Jesus Christ, even when you sin, all you have to do is ask God and whoever else you hurt for forgiveness! Yes sometimes it is hard, but just know that no matter who you are, no matter what you’ve done, no matter what you look like, no matter what culture you live in, no matter what race or gender, no matter what clothes you wear or friends you have, or even if you are lonely, JESUS LOVES YOU SO MUCH!!! HE EVEN DIED FOR YOU! HE TOOK THE PUNISHMENT FOR ALL THE SINS YOU HAVE EVER DONE OR EVER WILL DO!!! AND THE BEST PART, GOD ROSE HIM FROM THE DEAD IN REAL REAL LIFE SO THAT YOU CAN LIVE WITH HIM IN HEAVEN FOREVER WHEN YOUR BODY DIES IF YOU BELIEVE IN HIM!!! HEAVEN IS FOR REAL!!!!! If you are not a Christian and you are reading this, the Bible is ALL true. And all of this that I have said IS true too! If you believe it, confess that Jesus is your savior and that He is Lord and ask the Holy Spirit to come into your life (if you want to know more about the Holy Spirit, read Acts chapter 2 in the Holy Bible.) Seriously God will fill that empty hole in your spirit and you will feel so much peace. Go talk to a Christian you know and try to attend church at least once. Talk to the pastor and hopefully he/she will help you in your walk of faith if you REALLY believe. And btw this movie is real good you should check it out. 😂😂 THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

AMAZING!!😍🙏🏻. I just watched the movie like not even ten minutes ago. The movie was amazing!! It's really inspiring! I have not yet read the book but I am definitely gonna buy it. This is such an amazing story and I am very glad it got told to the world! I can not wait to read the book. The painting of Jesus from the movie was amazing. Just looking at it and wondering if that is really what he looks like warms my heart. Really wanting to buy a painting online. For them two children to experience such an amazing thing is very wonderful. I, myself would love to experience what they did. The would be life changing. It would give a whole different look on life but not only life itself. But what everyone says about Jesus and god. Everyone has this image on what everyone thinks he looks like. But honestly how would we know. We've never meet them. Colton on the other hand obviously has. He might not have been to explain what he saw but he knew what he saw was real. No one could tell him any different. I would really like to meet Colton. And the other little girl who had the same experience as Colton. I would love to hear what they have to say about everything they went through. To hear how they handled a such a young age and what people thought of them. They must have went through a rough time with that. But now that they are older and can explain it better. I would love to talk with them.

Eye Opener. This book will drive your emotions through the ringer. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll get angry. You will relate. And you'll take a deep breath, sigh and close your eyes and be able to picture everything that is described in this book. By the end you will have a warm fuzzy, smile and feel better about the inevitable we will all face one day.

Quite The Read!. It’s tough to believe Colton Burpo actually experienced being in Heaven in his NDE (Near Death Experience). I finished reading the book in almost one day. Todd Burpo makes great parallels between Colton’s experience and what’s written in Scripture. Even though Colton has said nearly everyone in Heaven has wings, nothing in Scripture says we’ll get wings when we die. Human souls are different from Angel’s souls. Do consider reading this. It’s strengthened my belief quite a bit. Peace be with you.

ALL CHRISTIANS MUST READ THIS. As a Christian, this book was a great read for me. This book will change what you think of heaven forever. I hope you read this.

Heaven Is For Real. A lovely story and told in a very believable and honest fashion. I found it hard to put my iPad down after I started reading. The family's experiences make you think on just how you might handle your own thoughts or actions over the same situation. Lots to chew on!

Do not skip!. First, I truly feel sorry for the nay sayers of this book. How can they prove it didn't happen and if you don't believe in heaven, why read the book? You must all live very sad lives. I was very moved while reading the book. It only confirms what I already believe and certainly believe what happened to this little boy. As a mother of four kids, you can't brainwash a small child to say these things. What I found most fascinating is that the dad as a pastor had to learn from his son that God truly hears and answers our prayers. I can't wait to see the movie.

I BELIEVE IT’S REAL!!!. We are in a time of chaos and fear as the Coronavirus sweeps throughout the world. No one is safe says the media. I decided to read this book instead of focusing on all the hysteria around me. It has reminded me that Heaven is real and that God “our father”is in control and loves us.

I, too, have seen. My son died in 2004. A couple of years ago, I was on my bed, resting, and missing him very much. I was aware of the dog and the cat on the bed with me, when I heard a whisper. I was thinking "Mike, I miss you so much. I hope you are ok." "Hey Mom. You want to know where I am?" I whispered back yes I do. Now imagine you're a young child, and there is a gathering, like a party, at your house, but being a child, you have been sent to bed. But you want to see what's going on. So you go to the door, and slowly open it to finally let the smallest sliver of light into your room. You then realize your mother sees you, and you shut the door quickly. That is what happened to me. The "door" to heaven was opened, with a small sliver of light allowed to spill on me, and then the door was shut. In that light was amazing. Now, again, imagine every word you and think of to describe love, forgiveness, compassion, acceptance, joy, hope, and anything else in the vein. Now multiply that feeling by infinity, and you have an impression of heaven. But only the single molecule in the snowflake on top of the largest mountain of feeling. Colton described it as well as a 4 year old could. I have as well as a humble human can, and still, words just fall too short. As Colton said,"You're going to really like it." May the peace of Heaven be with you.

Amazing. I loved the story! I know a lot of people don't believe it is true, and even if its not it is still an incredible story. As a believer in Jesus and God this story (true or made up) has given me a whole new view of the Christian faith. It is truly an incredible story, that you are sure to love.

Real to the bone. Some stories about heaven have comma periods of visual experience. With Colton's situation it wasn't the typical experience. When Colton describe the marks on Jesus I was moved in a profound way.

A truly inspiring book, heart felt and a must read!!. Wow is the first word that springs to mind having just finished reading this wonderful book within 48 hours. I couldn't put it down. An Inspiring story written by an everyday genuine family who helped me realise that everyday life and it's struggles happen regardless of whether you are a pastor or not. As a father myself the story of how carlton lay in the hospital lifeless broke my heart but I admire the strength and courage of the family. Carlton opens your heart and mind when he talks about heaven, Jesus, God and people we have lost or may never have known who are waiting for us. He gives detailed descriptions and gets your mind wondering and wanting to know more. I feel inspired by reading this book and would highly recommend it to anybody.

Crap. How can any sane person believe this nonsense?

Not sure. Remember guys that scripture is the ultimate authority, it is a sure truth and in this book there are many things that dont line up with scripture, like it says we will have wings but the bible says we will have bodies like christ when he resurrected and he doesn't have wings! Also it says that only the men will go to war with christ when the bible says that the saints will it never says men not women or visa versa. It also has a picture of a painting that shows how jesus looks like in the hard copy, but who in the world could possibly draw god also that painting was drawn by someone who is not a christian and the painter based it of a man it was not a divine painting
