Does this guide help troubleshoot?. The answer is no! For example, what can't I clear out (delete) the emails I trash and delete? How many times do I have to delete the same email on my 3 devices when I have iCloud? Having iCloud is much more of a pain than a solution and this guide does not help new users.

Good!. This guide is good. Would prefer it to anyone who does not understand this service.

IPad mini guide. I liked it! Very simple and easy to get through. Do think it most important to read as many of these type books available.

Using the iCloud. I liked the ease which I was able to find answers to questions I had about setting up my iCloud account. Also, how useful the use of the cloud to backup, store and retrieve my data.

iCloud Mini Guide. Very helpful for new users. The ‘cloud’ is difficult for many to grasp and i think this was written in a way that many novices will find very helpful and useful.

It is good for new user. I think it is too simple for me. But would be suitable for new apple users.

The iCloud mini Storage Educational Book. Without a doubt, I throughly enjoyed this review of the "in's and out's" of this little book. It is one thing to "think Mac", learn from "repetition and doing" and another thing to fold in guidance from manuals and journals. Too Basic. Had major difficulty getting all devices to sync/share files, photos, etc. This book was not helpful. Took multiple calls and screen sharing with Apple to complete setup.

Worth the read. Good introductory info but a little dated.

iCloud. I don't want the iCloud. It causes me nothing but pain and anxiety. I get all kinds of messages and don't know how to solve the issue. Your book is useless it doesn't give answers!!!!!

Good read, but dated. I’d give it 5 stars if it was brought up to date. This seems to 6 or 7 years old...which is an eternity in the iPhone world.

Decent, if not outdated for 2019.. This is an old book by today's standards, but it still gives a brief, and decent, overview of how iCloud works if you need it. It's also free, so there's no complaints there. An updated revision would be welcome.

Decent Overview. This book provided a basic overview of iCloud. I think it went to far into describing iCloud and its services. I guess I was expecting a tutorial book as opposed to a this is what iCloud is book.

Simple, helpful. As an enterprise web developer, I found the book didn't really tell me anything that I couldn't already tell by looking into the iCloud application, but for people who have never experienced it, this starter guide really is a fairly quick and easy way to get up-to-date with what iCloud has to offer.

my new MacBOOK air. well disappointed really, because the font colour ,and size is uncomfortable to read. some pages are not to bad but really baad compared to a windows laptop. how other people ust mange to read comfortably i don’t know. i am writing this and can hardly see it. so excuse the mistaks in advance. the iPad and the iPhone are the same differecult and uncomfortable to read. my eyesight is good so pleease consider improvements.

Photos. I have a large photo and video (446GB) originating on a windows 10 laptop. Recently I bought a new iPad Pro partly to edit and organize the photos. Now I need to know how to download all the photos from iCloud to the ipad and then downgrade iCloud to the free 5GB. This book tells how to initially set up icloud to copy the photos but does not tell how to download and downgrade from icloud.
