Great Read. You can pick up this book and read it from cover to cover or just pick a chapter at random and it's great. Very practical, insightful guide to people, yourself and how the 2 coincide. Bible based information that applies to everyday life. This book is a great way to understand and identify toxic and healthy relationships and how to navigate successfully with them both. Highly recommended. This is NOT the type of book that you excitedly purchase only to sit on your shelf after a few chapters, but rather it's a must have.
