Killer by Jonathan Kellerman Book Summary
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • Jonathan Kellerman returns with this stunning thriller—a mesmerizing L.A. noir portrayal of the darkest impulses of human nature carried to shocking extremes.
The City of Angels has more than its share of psychopaths, and no one recognizes that more acutely than the brilliant psychologist and police consultant Dr. Alex Delaware. Despite that, Constance Sykes, a sophisticated, successful physician, hardly seems like someone Alex needs to fear. Then, at the behest of the court, he becomes embroiled in a bizarre child custody dispute initiated by Connie against her sister and begins to realize that there is much about the siblings he has failed to comprehend. And when the court battle between the Sykes sisters erupts into cold, calculating murder and a rapidly growing number of victims, Alex knows he’s been snared in a toxic web of pathology.
Nothing would please Alex more than to be free of the ugly spectacle known as Sykes v. Sykes. But then the little girl at the center of the vicious dispute disappears and Alex knows he must work with longtime friend Detective Milo Sturgis, braving an obstacle course of Hollywood washouts, gangbangers, and self-serving jurists in order to save an innocent life.
Killer is Kellerman—and Delaware—at their finest.

Best one yet.. I started with his first book and I’m working through them in chronological order. This is the best one I’ve read so far.
Poor read. Pinot a riveting read. Like cow piss on a flat rock...splayed everywhere.
Not J. k,s. Best. I have read everyone of the Delaware series, although it's a "good" read, it is not his best.
Isn't Right. The book Doesn't really Make Sense

Way past his prime. I admit I have not read the last 2 books by Kellerman and was considering buying one. After reading the reviews, I find I am not alone in thinking this series has become boring and predictable. I will no longer waste my money on this author.
Killer. Kellerman is usually a pleasure to read. This time, not so much. The adversaries are unsympathetic; Milo sleepwalks through the plot; Robin is now a perfect woman; there is no way for Delaware, or anyone else, to guess the answer. If you are a fan, as I am, you may find yourself bewildered, then grumpy, at the resolution.
Ionjgmrtithu. Hello my op
Alex Delaware is the best. Well written
Killer. I have read all of Jonathan Kellerman's books and sadly his stories and writing have become less interesting. This particular book's plot was very weak and I didn't enjoy it and won't recommend it.
Suspenseful. The story was intriguing. You don't know who committed the heinous crimes until the end. I couldn't put the book down until I finished it. Believe it or not, this is my first time reading a Kellerman novel. I'm sure it won't be the last,I love a good mystery.
Disappointing. Well written, fast paced, ridiculous outcome. Have read many Alex Delaware books and liked many but predictable any more. Would not recommend. Gave it two stars only because Kellerman can put words together well-if not plots so much.
Disappointing. What a bad book!
