Winter Kisses Book Summary

*can be a STANDALONE*
Ryder Capwell crushed her heart. When Laney is auctioned off as a prize at the drama department fundraiser the last person she expects to trade cold hard cash for her company is Ryder.
(Romantic Comedy)
Laney Sawyer used to believe in love and all of the trappings that happily ever after could provide until Ryder Capwell crushed her heart. When Laney is auctioned off as a prize at the drama department fundraiser the last person she expects to trade cold hard cash for her company is Ryder.

Ryder Capwell is in love with Laney Sawyer. One year ago she walked out of his life and took the light of his world right along with her. Ryder would do anything to have another chance with Laney, including purchasing her for the evening courtesy of Whitney Briggs University, and he does just that.

One thing leads to whiskey, which leads to a one-night stand. She thinks it’s revenge sex—he thinks its make up sex. Things can only go wrong from here.

From the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Addison Moore:

Not the worst free book I have read, but I probably wouldn't have finished it if it hadn't been so short. The character development was missing, plot was underdeveloped. The back story was almost missing as to why this couple separated for a year. There was potential for the characters, but the writer was too focused on giving us details of a sex scene to bother. The dialog and maturity level of both main characters is incredibly immature. I wouldn't waste my time with this book or any other of this writers works.

  • Loved It, not too short or long but just right

I loved this book. I think it was a perfect continuation of the series. But I would've liked if M got punched in the face and if R got told off more cause I think they deserve it. (I didn't put their full names because I don't want to spoil anything)

A nice touch for Laney and Ryder. Wish it was a little longer. A little more in depth but the story was great!

Way, way, way too short. 3am kisses was great and this book started out the same but as soon as I got into the book it was over. In my opinion not worth the $3.99 and even though I would love to see where Roxy's story goes I don't want to waste my money.

Did not capture or draw me in as much I would have liked. It was a fun and easy read. Not as good as 3 am kisses, but it was ok.
