Five Stars!!. This book was so full of refreshing truth that I couldnt put it down. A must read for any woman, young or old.

Transparent. The absolute best book I've read in awhile. She has immense insight and her fearlessness to be as transparent as she was allowed the reader to connect, self reflect, and grow with her. Sarah created several parallels among her life experiences and the experiences of women in general. She reminds us to have hope and that though we may wonder and seem lost, we are always found in Christ.

Awesomeness!!!. Lost & Found had me engaged from beginning to end. I came to think of Sarah as my cousin in my head!! Lol. Her story, in many ways, paralleled mine and I immediately felt a connection to this awesome body of work. I pray God's most bountiful blessings upon this amazing young woman and her family. She's touching lives every day! Congratulations, baby girl.

Amazing must read !!. I too am a PK and there are so many parts of her testimony that I could relate too. I recently went through a detour .. Lost and afraid I could not be found I picked up this book. I can truly say that it had helped me so much , like a mirror it showed me myself . Sarah thank you for your transparency. So much revelation and healing in this read.. Kudos to Sarah for braving this endeavor of transparency and truth to shed light on the many hidden constraints that keep us all from living the maximized, healthy and fulfilled life. This will be a life-changing read for all.

Honesty. To be perfectly honest, when I first started reading the book, I was not impressed. I would start reading then put it down. But after a couple of chapters I started to relate ( particularly to the drama with the boyfriend/husband). I sit back and think of some of the unnecessary heartache and drama some f us bring on ourselves and just shake my head. My issues in life have more to do with depression and financial issues, but I am so very thankful that your words came into my life. Sometimes I think we forget that God loves us no matter what! And His Grace always present. Everyday that He allows us to wake is a gift that should not be taken for granted. I appreciate your honesty, I appreciate your work and I appreciate that you remind us to keep moving forward through God's grace. Thank you Sarah Jakes.

Helping The Lost Find Themselves. OMG...This book is simply amazing...I went to the store to purchase Instinct but couldn't find it but God wanted me to get this book & now I know why. Transparency saves lives. Such an inspiration to be transparent, those who are transparent with others open doors for others to be transparent with others showing each other that we are all not alone, and reading this book although I may have not had the exact same experiences and trauma I was still able to relate to the pain and suffering and applaud the fact that this woman found strength to pull herself out of her own darkness and thrive with grace in her back! Lost and Found. This book was profoundly inspirational and touching. At the time that I began reading it, I ordered a copy for my 20 year old daughter.
