Awesome. Learned more in the past two weeks practicing 15 minutes today than I did the whole two years I was skateboarding in the past. Great for people who don't have a big skateboarding seen in their local area.

This book is great. Arron Kyro teaches like secrets on how to do these things,so if your having a hard time doing tricks this is the book to get. :)

This is THE best.. I am a big fan of the Braille Skate YouTube channel and I watch it all the time. I saw the add for this and I bought it. I don't think that it could have done a better job teaching me to skate. Thanks :T

Excellent Comprehensive Tutorial Guide, Carefully-Detailed, Well-Illustrated. My young son and I enjoyed using this excellent, comprehensive tutorial guide (one of a series in 6 parts) to learn skateboarding in the parks and sidewalks of San Francisco and New York City. The well-designed tutorial guide begins simply to cover all the basic elements of hardware and safety. Then it slowly advances in a very well-planned, step-by-step approach, teaching how to mount and ride a skateboard and do "moves" safely. There are a wide variety of "moves" which become extremely useful, so they are not merely "tricks." We especially appreciated that "moves" are presented gradually in levels of increasing complexity, letting users go back in sequence to practice again and again. The text is carefully detailed and well-Illustrated, with plenty of useful, graphic professional videos, structured to help advance slowly but surely so users are safely guided, not frustrated. We highly recommend these excellent tutorial guides because they are easy to read and follow, extremely useful and certainly worth the modest cost. We purchased all 6 parts of this tutorial series for $60, less than the hourly cost of just a single private lesson from a skateboard professional trainer, so it's really worth trying.

Trust it. Trust this book. Aaron Kyro has taught me everything I know. I’m not really good at progressing fast at all at anything, ESPECIALY Skateboarding and I learned almost all of these tricks in about 1 month and a half. Buy it, it is worth the 10$

Great for beginners. I’ve been skateboarding for about 3 years now and have been able to Ollie and a few other tricks but never could fully progress passed that point. After watching a few of the vids on YouTube and relearning ollies and frontside 180s, I decided to buy it and see how much it will help. This has helped me perfect my ollies and made my frontside 180s a lot more consistent. I decided it was time to move on to backside 180s and after watching the video on it and reading the steps, I landed the trick within 10 minutes without ever doing it before. This is a great thing to get and I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to learn skateboarding. It is definitely worth the money.

Corrected my past mistakes. I first started skateboarding when I was very young. I remember only being able to Ollie moving, Pop Shovit and frontside 180 consistently. After these every trick that I tried (Kickflip , Heelflip and others) were very hard to keep consistent. I always wondered why I couldn’t get it. I stopped at the age of 17 because of this. I decided to come back to it at the age of 29. I spent maybe 10 minutes each trick. I am extremely excited because Skate boarding made simple explains in detail everything you need to do to keep the board underneath your feet, and because of this I realized what were my issues with those tricks. I am landing everything consistently now. It only took a couple days !!! I recommend this series to every one that needs to tweak mistakes and become consistent.

Great book for beginners and advanced riders. I went almost 15 years without skating, and now at 35 I have picked it up again. Aaron's book and videos are not only inspirational, but they have helped me to correct some bad habits that I developed years ago. The way Aaron breaks down each trick helps you to see the board movement as well as proper angles to flick. The foot placement is also spot on. I recommend this to anyone who is just starting out, or anyone who wants to advance their skill set. #keeppushing

Well written book and amazing video tutorials. This is a very detailed book that takes you step by step through all the major tricks. This book was obviously written by a pro skateboarder who knows how to teach people the best techniques possible. The tutorial videos are superb with great audio and video. Luckily the camera man knew what he was doing or it would probably be useless to watch the videos if they were blurry and shaky. I would pay $20.00 each book in the series so this is a bargin. If you are interested in skate boarding you MUST buy. 10/10. Review by a skateboarder who learned from this book.

Not needed. If u watch the braille videos on youtube they basically explain everything in the book. The book goes in a tiny bit more detail though.

Great System!. First i want to thank Aaron for the amazing done to bring this book alive. The best way to lear how to do something is to do it, and to do it right. That's what this book is about and it works amazingly well. Ive been skating for two month now and doing all the steps of volume one I'm able to do so much that I'd ever imagine.

AMAZING. This helped me learn every trick in less than 5 months of practice and I was amazed because I used to practice on my kickflip when I was younger but then after 8-9 months of practicing I just quit it.. I couldn't land it and I said what's the point in taking it to the next level... But then I found this channel and saw a couple videos from braille skateboarding and I bought this... Which later on taught me everything 5x times faster and I progressed really quickly!!!! Thank you very much for this!!!!

Get Skateboarding made simple!. If you are just learning to skateboard and you are struggling, get this tutorial NOW! It will benefit you! It is really detailed and covers all the basic skateboarding tricks. I used to push mongo and always couldn't land half the tricks in this volume. I always had a hard time pushing regular, and I felt more comfortable mongo than anything. When I got skateboarding made simple volume 1, it changed everything, I am now pushing more comfortable then ever, popping high 180s, nailing kick flips and keeping front shoves under me every time. Thank you Aaron! It means a lot to me that you are doing this.

If u wanna learn tricks, buy this. Helped me with my heelfilp and kickflip so much and they are so fun

Eh.. I'm kind of upset that I purchased this. After watching countless Braille videos about how great this series is, how it teaches things so in depth and alleviates common problems beginners have and will help beginners of all ages progress in skateboarding I was immediately disappointed. This series covers nothing out of the ordinary, it gives you the same exact steps that any other tutorial gives you, there was nothing in depth at all. For example, the ollie process... Why not cover it in motion? An ollie in motion is theoretically the same as stationary, but is a completely different beast in its own way. The way you pop stationary is far from the same as rolling, granted you'll learn the difference between the when you try it and fall a few times. But still, for something to be praised and hyped as "so innovative and a new approach" is complete nonsense. There are countless youtube videos, some of which are even by the Braille team especially the skate support videos that cover more in detail than this ever did. The sad difference is, you have to pay for this. My opinion. Do NOT buy this, YouTube videos are free and will do more than this ever will!

Get This Book Now. This book is absolutely incredible, I went from ollie to kickflip and it took me a while to get kickflips, and then Aaron said do the tricks in order, so I did, and I got kickflips right away. Get this book, so worth the money, AARON IS THE BEST

Skateboarding made simple. Top effort. Excellent approach for learning the basic moves - good for the older skateboarder too. Wish this sort of thing had been aroundback in the 80’s

Gnarly. Love Braille got all the mercy but I can't get heel flips I've been skating for 1 and a half years (nearly) and I have all the tricks in volume 1 except heelflips but I do have variao flips I'm getting really close to heelflips though thanks to this video I. Like Aaron 😖
