Lost Key. Started out great. By the time I was half way through the book I felt we switched authors. The main characters dialogue was shallow and boring. It was a struggle to finish the book. The more I read the worse it got. There have only been two books I have failed to finish in my life and I am an avid reader that has been reading avidly for 55 years. This was almost the third book I failed to finish. I love Catherine Coulters books but this was most disappointing. Not vintage Coulter!

Fast read. Predictable.. There could have been so much more to this book. The opening sets up for great intrigue which is never delivered. Each twist and turn is completely predictable and the finale couldn't have had less drama.

Great Story. I really enjoyed this book. It's an intriguing story, very well written. The main characters are well developed and have an interesting relationship that appears to be changing.

Page turnee. The book had an original and exciting plot line ... real page turner. I think if I had started with the first book in the series I would have warmed up to the main characters Nick and Mike more. A little good read, regardless.

The lost key. As always the excitement keeps you turning the pages. Very well written.

That can't be an accident. I'm very interested now because Drummond is the name of a female pirate rumored to have loved or been related to Blackbeard. Now a Drummond is back on the seas looking for a stash of gold. I am way to excited for this to be released!

Good read. I loved the book. A lot of suspense and is very creative. Leaves one wondering, “what if!” There are a few places it gets a little bit wordy but all in all I would definitely recommend it!!

Great book. This novel was amazing. It was very detailed. Their was a surprise around every corner in this book. Detailing the family background tying in characters and misleading the reader was great. You think one thing then the writer does another was brilliant. I can’t wait read The End Game.
