I really love how she included theater because me being the theater geek I am I just screamed when I saw this!!<33 2- Just because people are apart of the LGBTQ+ community in this book does NOT make this book "disgusting". If you are against it and don't want to read it that's fine but don't go around making hate comment just because you don't agree with the topic in hand. 3- I really LOVE the drawings and style of the characters. 📚 One of the best books 📚. This book was awesome! It’s not inappropriate for, say, 2nd graders in my opinion. This book was really good and it was a really good read! I recommend this book for kids/teens, even more specifically, people ages 9+!

I adore this book!. Listen, this book was my first introduction to LGBT+ people in books, and it doesn’t really make a huge deal out of it. It treats gay crushes the same way it treats straight crushes. As a member of the LGBT community, this book helped me be a little more proud of who I was as a 12 year old just figuring my sexuality out. It helped me understand that your sexuality is okay, and it normalized this concept for me ! Edit- Okay I read the book again, and the fact their in 7th grade kinda shocked me. Not with the lgbt thing but with the amount of kissing. It’s just not really realistic. 8th or 9th grade would be more realistic but 7th?! Wow

Sooo….this book was really good, I loved how it supported LGBTG+, but Greg…honestly he is just a jerk I thought that he would actually like Callie…but when Callie met the twins I think that was a better way to forget Greg I thought that Jesse and Callie would end up together. Nevertheless, at first I thought that Justin was straight, but turns out he’s not. I shipped Callie and Justin at first, but later on when he said he was gay, I shipped Jesse and Callie so hard!! It was an amazing delightful book though❤️ Also this book should be for 10+ because of LGBTQ+

I like it. I think it’s a great book, I have the copy at home, it supports the LGBTQ community, and it’s a good book in general. It has its flaws though. Definitely rated for pre teens or middle schoolers (6 graders and up) since it does involve kissing and other things. But people who are overreacting about the kissing stuff, please stop. Your parents kiss, strangers kiss, it’s what the world does, stop acting like it’s the end of the world. Either way, my opinion of the book is that it’s good, but not EXTREMELY interesting, I recommend to read this book though!
