Absurd plot. Great action. An Irish stew of a plot. Irish dissidents, Serbian jewel thieves, Somalian terrorists, a Croatian gun runner and a good-guy mercenary from Thailand all in the pot.

No Unfortunate Son. Good read. Started out confusing with so many tangent stories but the writer pulled them together... I wondered how or if he could and he did.

Wow. Oh. Emm. GEEEE! This is possibly THE most fun, thrilling, and rewarding novel I have ever read! The last 1/4 of the book gave me the most thrilling, white knuckle ride ever from reading a novel. And the ending! Lol 😂 Bravo Mr. Taylor 🙌🏻👏🏻

The Best Yet. I liked the unexpected twists and turns of this one. Pike and Jennifer were their usual except there were advancements in both characters. Kurt was brought in more too. And the surprise at the end. I have a daughter who means the world to me. Kylie’s ordeal hit home.

Lacking sleep. So tired of the antics of Pike Logan and Jennifer and the team keeping me awake late at night. Just kidding. Great reading. Lots of fun and look forward to continue well growth of the task force

Engrossing / pulls you in / makes you feel the story's emotion / Fantastic. When I read the book I know that the writer has succeeded and I feel emotions not just of the story of the characters. Here the author not only delivered the emotions is writing but I'm pretty sure while reading it but I was in the room with the characters in the story with the men and women. I commit myself to every Book I start to read if I start it I must finish it. This author made me wish the book would never end. Thank.

No Fortunate Son. Enjoyed every page, didn't want it to end. Hope another Pike Logan book is in the hopper. Can't recommend it more!

Solid Action. This is my first Brad Taylor book, and I’m enjoying it. Doesn’t have the pace or edge-of-your-seat plot that marks a Lee Child or Michael Connelly novel, but I’ve read everything by my favoties, and the Pike Logan series will be a good way to keep reading between Reacher and Bosch editions.

It was fine. I’m of two minds about the book. I like the Pike elements dealing with Kurt’s nieces kidnap and the psychological effect it had on him with his daughter. I also liked the initial setup to the novel with the kidnappings. The part I struggle with is the overall villain’s plot. There are a number of bad characters and in the end I felt like it was too convoluted and the London plot was not needed. 3.5/5

Best Yet. This was far and away my favorite book in the Pike Logan series, so far. A real page-turner with non-stop action and better than usual character development.

Another Great Pike Logan Story. Brad Taylor does it again! I truly enjoy reading the Pike Logan stories, and this one has you wanting to skip to the end. A great thriller that once you start reading, you don't want to stop!

No Fortunate Son. Brad Taylor never disappoints me. His description of locales are always very good without consuming half the book. I also appreciate his weapon description without giving me a half page history of the weapon. He keeps the storyline moving. I look forward to his next book.
