Did not enjoy. This book had so much potential but the writer could not bring it. Also the write up of the book made it sound more intriguing. It really didn't get interesting until half way through. There was such wasted time on the level of detail and I think it didn't add to the story. Why do I care if they had coffee at a certain time, why do I care that his suit was cashmere, why do I care about all the cab rides or his smooth leather loafers. Finishing this book is torture.

Page Turner!. Reads like fiction but entirely true. You won't be disappointed.

A Fantastic Story. This, is without a doubt, one of the most interesting, sad and fantastic true stories I've ever read. Once you start, it's pretty hard to top reading.

A page turner. It reads like a spy novel but it is real life. It puts a lot into context about Russia today.

Max. Mr Author, Your is okay but why did not you write about stealing shares and money from Gazprom (Russia's biggest gas company)? Why did not you write about fake documents which you created to reimburse VAT. Why you keep silence here?! Please tell us about it. So, "one side book " is just a piece is letters.

Incredible book!. An incredible amazing true story that brought tears to my eyes for both the horrible things that happened by a few but mostly for the good, the honest and bravery by many to do the right thing. It helped reassure me that there are still many more good people in the world than bad people. Bill Browder is an incredible storyteller and it was a hard book to put down. In reading this book I found myself thinking "This story is so compelling that you could not make it up even if you wanted to."

Red Notice by Bill Browder. I couldn’t put this book down. As fascinating as this story is, I was not able to warm to the man himself.

Captivating. This is not the type of book I normally read and is definitely not in the top of my interests. Finance & politics usually make me want to claw my eyes out. This was a deeply moving account , very well written of a hugely tragic story of murder and cover up and deep injustice perpetrated by a Government and its officials, many of whom are still in office . I admire all those people for their honesty , bravery and courage to get this story out and achieve such remarkable success in telling the story and helping to do something to combat the lies , corruption and deceit of this rotten regime . Many I’m sure in Russia today live their lives in fear of this murderous dictator .

Where do we go from here?. This book just enlightens all societies that corruption, power and greed trumps integrity truth and justice pretty much every time and hardly any government will step in to help. It is rarely about human rights; it is all about strategy. Will exposing the truth or covering up be more beneficial economically, politically and for what side? Countries like England, United States and Canada did not act quickly enough to save this Russian tax lawyer or others because they have plenty of examples of the abuse of power in their own backyards. Injustice is everywhere and if you become a target, you are fighting a very uneven battle. This book shows the reality of how governments operate and the dehumanizing side of what it actually cost to obtain any form of validation and the price is extremely high. It takes years. Considering how well known this investor was with all his connections and what he went through, you can't help but think of an unknown person's chances of success under the same circumstances. I am an unknown person and I am deeply fearful. The odds are greatly stacked against us.

Great book!. Great read, and eye opening!

Red Notice. This incredible tale of what happened to hedge fund manager Bill Browder during the last decade had me on the edge of my seat. It clearly outlines what happens if you "poke the bear" a.k.a. Russia, and how utterly ruthless, immoral and scandalous top officials in the political sphere and the justice system there can be. Mr. Browder has produced a gem with Red Notice, and in its wake brought the quest for human rights violations to be quelled, maybe even light years ahead. There is obviously much work to be done, but this book certainly has opened a lot of people's eyes. I know it has opened mine. I recommend this book 100%-it was very hard to put down.
