Disappointed. I loved the book and the writing, but the book lacked romance. This book’s genre is romance, yet the main characters had no romantic interactions, so in that respect I feel cheated. The book has great writing quality, but the lack of romance subtracted 2 stars from its rating. 😐

great book. I absolutely love this book and the rest of the series. I don’t think that it should be in the romance section though. It’s a wonderful story but the romance is a subplot. still great tho would def recommend

Hotter plz. I have just finished this first book very good characters,plot and story line, but for my taste could use some steamy encounters with the main guy and girl.

Not a stand alone. I wish I knew that this wasn't a stand alone book when I started it. It felt like just the beginning of a story with almost no plot development, just character development. It was ok, but I probably won't be continuing with the series. I like books that have a conclusion.

Kindling Flames: Book 1. This is such an amazing book, from rolling the plot to the cliffhanger and the slow yet engaging writing style pulls the reader towards it as if under a spell. Unfortunately I cannot read the rest of the books as my father wouldn’t lend me his card but nevertheless I loved the books to bits

YOU NEED THIS SERIES. Oh my lord I think this is my 15th time reading this book, THATS HOW AMAZING IT IS!!!!!! I've read the first 4 books and oh my gosh this is defiantly something you need to put on your summer book list!!! No joke ❤️

Loved it!. The first book had me hooked in. We’re introduced to Victoria or she likes to go by Vicky who takes a temp personal assistant job to Darien, who is of course described as super handsome with green eyes, ya get what I mean lol. He’s a 900yr old Vampire, and Victoria of course doesn’t know that yet. Darien has gone through several PA’s who couldn’t keep up with his demands and eccentric schedule, but he finds himself intrigued by how fast Victoria adapted for her job so well especially with his request of guarding a messenger bag that contains his “life” everywhere and etc. there’s that undeniable chemistry between the two even though they keep it professional at work, but slowly the walls come down outside of work. And she’s aware that she shouldn’t feel anything towards him considering he’s her boss, but fate has it different than both of them expected.

Not the usual vampire tale. Just a bit different and very entertaining. So glad there's a series as I wasn't ready for the tale to end.

Kindling Flames. Really enjoyed reading your thrilling book. Loved the characters and can't wait to see what suspense the next book holds for it's readers.

Love love love!. I love the world Julie has created in this series. And the characters are fantastic! I highly recommend this book and the whole series.

Kindling Flames. I was enjoying the story immensely but, unfortunately I was left hanging... I really wish you had warned me this was a continued story!! I am very disappointed!!! I would not have downloaded this book had I known it didn't have an ending. Shame on you! I don't watch T.V. when it's only a part of a series for the same reason! I like to spend my reading time a FULL story NOT a continued one!! Unless you're going to send me the continuation for free, I will not read another of your books. 😒 😱 😫 😁 😒

Cliffhanger. Extremely disappointed - you can't find out the ending unless you buy the next book in the series and as far as I can see, there are a number more to buy. This is irritating when it is not clearly described and I will NOT be buying any of your books!
