A Victorian San Francisco Mystery. Excellent book with lots of mystery and involving you in the emotions and situations of the numerous characters. It has you speculating through the whole thing up to the very end.

Can't wait for the next book. Each novel in this series is so enjoyable to read. I love the characters. Having lived in the SF Bay Area for several years, I found the local history fascinating and entertaining.

Never tire of this author. These books are always well written and interesting. Historical content is great as well as her characters. I will always read any new books from this set of books.

Bloody Lessons. I didn't realize that this was the third book in a series but I was able to read and enjoyment it as a stand alone. The characters were interesting and the plot intriguing. Great read.

Read it!!. Another fantastic book in this series. I do love these stories. A mystery, Victorian history and some love (Victorian Style). The descriptions of San Francisco life and the elegant clothes make them real. More so, what life was like during this era. It's educational as well as entertaining!
