Hmm.... I gave the book 5 stars because the sample of the book was interesting and the series is great. But my problem is that all the winglets are soo short. 50 pages isn’t enough for me. I can read it in like: 30 mins and then immediately stop reading until I get bored. If u make another winglets plz make it longer. U should make one about kestrel. Or dune and how he got his leg sliced off. My imagination for dune is: (Btw this is kinda dumb story from someone else) Dune: Lalala walking in the ice kingdom. SO AMAZING!!. I’ve loved this series since I read the first page of the first book! I love what the author has done with characters! I am personally waiting for more ships, Peril x Clay, Tsunami x Riptide, Glorybringer, etc., to come to life! I’m so happy Qilbi and Moon happened! To those who say that this is unfinished: How could you say that? Have you not flipping read the book? It’s supposed to be a novella branching off the main series. It takes place BEFORE the main series. That’s like saying that Legends of Darkstalker is unfinished. It isn’t. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THAT!!! *sighs*

Story cause bored. Moth was tangled in a bag that smelled like one of those hairy things on two legs. ‘Where are they taking me?’ He wondered. ‘Will I be able to escape? Is it possible to survive a StealthWing Bite?’ She was trying to take his mind of the situation, but all that came to his mind was fear, anger, and sadness. Earlier in Moth’s life, he was a nephew to the Queen of the BeetleWings, and had a crush and was best friends with Princess Spider. But now he was in the StealthWings grasp, and could make him do terrible things to his own tribe. ‘I have to figure out how to escape and live.’ He thought. He then tried to think of an escape plan, but since of his broken wing, he couldn’t fly out to escape. ‘Maybe the best thing to do is just kill myself.’ He thought sadly. He heard the StealthWings that were carrying him grunt and the top of the bag opened and then a thud happened as the bag he was in landed on a sand like surface. He crawled out of the bag and found a whole crowd of pale green scales as he scrambled out of the bag. ‘So this is what it looks like to camouflage.’ He thought as a StealthWing dropped from the trees, startling him. “Um, hello?” He called to the roaring crowd of dragons. “What are you going to do to me?” “Fight.” A deep voice answered him and the whole crowd was silent for the first time since he entered the circle of sand. “As you all know, I am Queen EarthShaker, And I was able to find this peculiar dragon. What dragon tribe are you?” She demanded. “Um,” he stammered. “BeetleWing?” “Ah, so you are a dragon from the Other continent.” The Queen rasped. Then the dragons started roaring again. “QUIET!” Queen EarthShaker Yelled. Everyone snapped their mouth’s shout, cutting off what ever they were going to say. “Your First battle, ‘BeetleWing’ is against our Tribes’ 5th best fight- AHH!!” The Queen cut off as a spurt of blood flew from her head. All Moth could see was dragons flying away, the Queen disintegrating, ‘Oddly,’ Moth thought. And then, claws dug into his back and he screamed with agony, but his attacker didn’t let go. After around two hours, his attacker grew weak and they slowly descended. “Um, thanks for that.” He said to his attacker. “Um, who are you?” And then, the face of a Glowings’ face appeared from under the black cape she was wearing. Part 2. Mist kept her eyes on the Duskwing and Dreamwing. Her icy blue eyes squinted at them. Her ears flicked back. Duskwing guards were coming. ‘I can’t let them see us.’ She thought. It was her first mission. Her best friend Shade just grabbed a Duskwing and a Dreamwing. ‘She is so getting a promotion.’ She thought. ‘But I can too.’ She stalked closer. Her gray scales blended perfectly in the environment. She took a deep breath. ‘My first mission and I catch two guards.’ She felt a nervous energy sweep through her. She mostly felt nervous because apparently Duskwings can touch them. She raised her claws and focused her mind. Both guards stopped. ‘I don’t understand why we need to experiment with our weapon when we can do this ourselves. But of course it takes practice and skill. It also doesn’t last long.’ She quickly used her mind control and had them follow her to the Twilightwings secret tunnel. By the time Shade and Mist got to the hidden kingdom the mind control stopped working. And they had to corral them into their cages. She smiled happily at Shade. “Good job.” She said to Mist. She grinned. I hope you liked this part! You can use Mist and Shade if you want! Also in case you don’t know the Twilightwing queen in queen Mystic

New story!. I wanted to do another story! So here it is ouo Prologue DarkObsidian snarled at the dragon in front of him she stared calmly at him “you know I can’t stay.” She whispered “please” he pleaded ‘I know’ his mind thought he knew she couldn’t stay they would have her killed but... he whipped his head towards their egg tears beginning to drop from his eyes she stared to “Opal, they’re going to kill us, and we can’t bring the egg... he already enchanted it, you or I can’t touch the egg or it dies...” He chocked a sob tears were beginning to run down Opal’s eyes as well “It has to stay when it-she hatches we’ll be able to have her. ‘Nightmare can’t have her forever’ he thought bitterly they opened their wings, and flew into the night sky. CHAPTER ONE OwlCry closed her eyes, and pushed her talons to her temples ‘How can I be so stressed’ She thought nervously she was sitting on the beach. She looked around there was many dragons swarming and bustling today and it was really REALLY hard to keep her thoughts private with all these mind readers here of course mind readers were rare since most nightwings were not mind readers, but most dragonets did have the mysterious powers, and when they do they tend to blurt out dragon’s thoughts. She sat up shook her wings off of sand she whirled around to go find SilverMist. She launched herself into the sky and glided through wind currents she stopped mid-flight ‘who is that?’ She squinted her eyes at the dragon below her it was a Nightwing wait— she gasped it was also a seawing she would definitely remember a dragon like that ‘what is he doing here?’ But before she could question him someone tapped on her shoulder and she jumped startled. She whirled around about to go into battle to find SilverMist with a amused expression “Hello” She said she twitched her tail and saw OwlCrys’ worried expression “oh what’s wrong?” She said “Oh nothing, just thinking..” She glanced at Silvermist’s eye teardrop scales Silvermist followed her eye movement “Oh I’m not listening to your thoughts” she held up a Skyfire necklace “see.” “Oh” And then her mind immediately raced to the question of why was there a strange dragon here? She glanced at Silvermist and smiled they had been friends since they were small, but there was one thing off about her instead of black scales with hints of green or blue, her scales were a smoky grey black. “We should go find SightSeeker” she said making OwlCry jump “of course. Let’s go.” They flew through the forest and landed at the dragons’ nests “Where do you think he is?” SilverMist asked as OwlCry scanned the dragons below them “There!” She shouted they landed with a thump and there was SightSeeker “Oh hello” He said staring at them “hi!” SilverMist said with energy they all smiled at each other, but before she could say a anything else a giant nightwing loomed in front of her and swooped her away.

Uh, hi new fans!. Hi. And I’m introducing myself, I am a Wings Of Fire fan, I’ve been reading Wings of Fire for a year now. Well, I haven’t been reading this. Sooooo...... Good addition. Honestly, I liked a story coming from the point of view of a villain, but a sort of justified one. The interesting tie-in with their possible escape perked my interest. I would have liked a little more material though, but it is a two dollar novella. I was looking forward to a passage from Winter Turning, and was pleased with this one's. I still can't wait for Winter Turning, but that really can't be helped.

My main WoF OC Slipstream!. Name: Slipstream Gender: female Tribe: SkyWing / SeaWing hybrid Age: 7 years old Description: Her scales are a very pretty blueish purple colour with dark blue-purple stripes and rosettes all over. The stripes are on her arms, legs and tail and the rosettes are everywhere else. Her underscales are glassy black and her wing membrane is pale pink. She has violet-coloured eyes, black horns and talons, and her markings glow purple when she speaks Aquatic. Also wears a silver-chain choker collar around her neck ( near her head ) with emeralds adorning the necklace. It’s a snap-away one because she’s worried a dragon will pull on it during battle and choke her. Has matching bracelets on her forearms. Most dragons who see her think she’s very pretty. Personality: Slipstream is a bit of an ambivert, and although she enjoys the company of her friends, it’s fairly hard for her to make new ones because she hates being around dragons she doesn’t know yet. She is a huge scrollworm and when she’s not reading a scroll, she’s either acting it out or coming up with her own stories. She writes often. Slipstream also enjoys both swimming and flying, laying in the sun — although she prefers cold weather over warm temperatures — watching weather phenomena, stargazing and doing art. She is very creative but is prone to self-doubt, stressing out over something small or blaming herself for something that’s not her fault. Abilities: from the SkyWing side, she is very good at flying and she can breathe fire at any time so long as she isn’t underwater, and from the SeaWing side she is really good at swimming, she can breathe underwater, and speak Aquatic by lighting up her stripes and rosettes. This book is amazing!. I’ve been reading Wings of fire a lot and after this summer I’m already on book 8 Escaping Peril. But I also read Wings of fire very quickly even though I’m still a kid! So I got this ebook because it sounded interesting. It turns out it was! It had answers to a lot my questions! So I think you’re probably going to like it.

I NEED MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I just want to say that the first winglet is very interesting however I would love to see what happens to fierceteeth and saguaro.

Hmm. I finished the main WoF series and they were amazing and then I was bored out of my mind but then I read the hunger games. When I finished them I bought this and honestly, they weren’t very good. Maybe I was just spoiled from hunger games but maybe these just aren’t as good as the main series. Anyway, keep it up tui! Hope the 15th book comes out soon!

XD and yes I had to do that. It’s too hilarious. Also this is the order for my series. If you want to make a character for it do it on here, and make sure to include stuff like their description and personality. It may not make sense if you don’t know of Little Nightmares. Little Nightmares is a bit mature honestly, due to this: 1- Most of the monsters are immensely creepy, like The Janitor with his very long arms, and The Lady with her ability to rip souls 2- Six gets “hungry” often, and when she does, she can eat some very disturbing things. For example- A live rat, a Nome (The remainder of a child whose soul has been ripped by The Lady), and The Lady’s corpse. 3- Some deaths are disturbing, like when Six cut off The Janitor’s arms, when Seven was eaten by Six as a Nome, and The Lady getting eaten “alive”. Anyway, this is just to show you their jobs in their “community”. 1- A looker A looker is someone who looks out from a hiding spot to see if any monsters come by. If they do, they run and tell the others. There is also usually one looker that goes with any Gatherers. 2- A Food Gatherer These kids try to find food. 3- A Water Gatherer These kids try to find fresh clean water. 4- A Healer This is for kids who have an advanced knowledge of healing, and helping the group. 5- A Rescuer These are the main kids in the operation.

Natural Defenses: Is born with a unique superpower. Common ones are mind control, ESP, invisibility, light, darkness, or electricity. Queen: Queen Dusk Second: Name: StoneWings Looks: Color of rocks. Often gray, black, white, or reddish brown. Very rarely have crystal underscales. Natural Defenses: Has access to magical stones that are eaten to produce different types of venom. Queen: Queen Opal Third: Name: GhostWings Looks: Mostly shades of gray with invisible underscales. Natural Defenses: Can turn invisible and have telepathy. Queen: Queen Phantom Fourth: Name: WindWings Looks: Blue with long, faint spirals and stripes of yellow- green Natural Defenses: Have control over wind currents, with wings that’ll float on the smallest breeze. Some can start tornadoes or hurricanes, if they’re close to water. Queen: Queen Bluebird Fifth: Name: EchoWings Looks: Can turn any color that they see, but only what they’ve seen. Looks: Change color according to environment and experiences, but have permanently colored eyes. Natural Defenses: Cannot camouflage themselves like RainWings, but instead of fire, they have control over sound waves. Queen: Queen Float That’s all! To clear up @Kate5375’s 1 star review. This user claimed that the book was both unfinished and had no clear storyline. It’s important to stress that this book is a short backstory for a side character in the original series Wings of Fire. You need to read the other books to fully understand this one. The four Winglets books are used to clear up some side-character’s backstories. Sort of like fun, easy reads for avid fans!

Great book!. Okay I absolutely love this book! Its so deep and fun! I love that you literally ARE a SandWing! But if I were a dragon, I would be this one... Amazing 😍. I love this little EBook! I was so exited when I found out about the WoF Winglets. I've always wanted to know more about Fierceteeth, she seemed like an interesting dragon; and now we know her side of the story. Prisoners was a little short; i was expecting it to be more like the 90-100 page Warriors novellas, however, I'm not complaining here, it was still AMAZING. And I cant wait for the next Wings of Fire Winglet book! This one defiantly makes the wait for Winter Turning a lot less painful.
