Awesome Read. Another intense and wild adventure for Sang and her boys, Sang is learning and being more involved in Academy missions along with the constant threat of outrageous adult figures stalking and threatening the Team and epic secrets being revealed along with fantastic character relationship growth. A huge massive awesome meeting and reveal with the Academy all dog team with their one bird was epic and unexpected but so appreciated that the connection has been made and the willingness they had to help Sang in her attempt to join her own dog team and stay together successfully. Sang learns a lesson in how much further she has to go in making connections with the boys, what interests them and what they like and how to react to them when one is slightly jaded. Sang is growing more in her confidence being more outspoken and showing her willingness to help improve the team efforts while still being extremely adorable and admirable in her kindness and optimism. This book focused more on Gabriel in such a vulnerable way, the insecurities Gabriel faces and his growing connection to Sang was intense and so needed that was satisfying to read. The sufferings and past horrors Gabriel endured were heartbreaking but Gabriel’s perseverance is inspiring. It was a great full circle read how Gabriel reacted to learning of the plan to keep and have Sang join their Academy team was a wild stressful worrisome ride but it leaves the reader feeling nothing blocking the decision and comradeship between Gabriel and Sang. Reeling over the last epic secret reveal and desperate to know what happens next in this insane adventure and how Sang will react to such a revelation of her past.

Much better. Finally some action, besides running around. I was wondering if they would ever start building their relationships together or if all the books were going to be about boring stuff. Please give Sang more interactions with Mr. Blackborne! And why doesn't Sang ever bathe? Kinda nasty.

The Other Side of Envy ⭐️⭐️/5. I have been a big fan of this author. However, the Other Side of Envy was a very slow paced book and very different from the rest of the series. I did like how Gabrielle was the main character.

Little sad. I hate the stepmom for sang and kota is really a great character the story is very nice but need more events not just like the cat running after the mouse

ABSOLUTELY LOVE. I wish I hadn't read this entire series in just a week. I really love this series and this author. The author really knows how to keep the reader on their toes and wanting more every chapter. I wish the books were just a tad longer but it's still amazing!

This series is perfect. This book was another gem by C.L. Stone! Every time a new book comes out in the series, I become so addicted and can't put it down until the whole thing is done! Already counting down to the next book release!

💖. I try to hide/ignore the newest book for as long as I can. I know I will read it in a day or two and then I go a little crazy without it right after. Because I know that I won't have another dose for a while. Ahhh, the suspense! I'm still waiting for the next audio book. The first one was great. She really found the greatest voices. Okay, now back to waiting...

Absolutely Magnificent. I love this series so much! Though I have yet to be able to read the last story because I have not got the money, I think it will be absolutely great. I just love the base of the story and how the author just makes it all fit together even though there are so many characters. And nothing is confusing. She always puts it in a way that most people will understand. I even got my friends hooked on the story.

UM....EW???. Does it not occur to anyone that this is basically polygamy? Like...I get it it's sorta hot to have so many guys fall for you but eventually ya just gotta pick ONE because it gets really awkward and uncomfortable if you like every one of them. Just saying. Plus, oh my gosh these books are freaky and unrealistic. Sorry for being a hater but I just wish people saw how disgusting this "relationship" Sang has is.

Holy Cow. I'm 26 and read 3-4 books a week and The Ghost Bird Series is my top favorite series. Ever. Every single book has been incredible, and The Other Side of Envy isn't any different. Of course, we learned more about sweet yet tortured Gabriel which was awesome- and I enjoyed seeing some growth in Sang. Progress- I loved seeing the character progression. Now I just have to wait patiently for the next book...wishing it was Dr. Green's. 😃

Ghost bird. OMG these books are awesome I can't wait for more! And also for this series to become movies that would be great.

Want more!. Sad I have finished and wait for the next book:( Poos Sang has gone thru a lot and now with the truth of her past...I want them all to stay together.

Series gets better and better with each book!. Sang desperately wants a family, to be loved, to be part of something bigger. She has found it with her 9 boys, but will they be agreeable or will it break them all apart?

Great book!. Overall it was a great read, but there were some parts were I was getting overwhelmed with so many things happening. Then there were the parts that made me smile and laugh and get misty eyed. I can't wait til October for the next installment, I have a feeling it's gonna be the funniest book out of the series.

The Other Side of Envy. It's official. C.L. Stone is now my favorite author. This series is easy to get addicted to and so is the Scarab Beetles series. The Other Side of Envy continues with a closer look at Gabriel's life. Sang learns the truth about Gabriel's family and how he feels about her. But, she has to deal with the Gabriel's jealousy for the other guys. On top of that Sang has to deal with Mr. McCoy following her and the boys around and her realisation that she wants to be with all the boys, not just one. This book is an emotional rollercoaster that you'll be glad to read. I was happy to learn more about Gabriel's character. I hope C.L. writes a book about Mr. Blackborne, Dr.Green, and Luke as well. Can't wait till the next book comes out in the fall. Too long of a wait.

Favorite Series. Huge fan of this series, c.l. Stone is such a creative author who has brought these characters to life. I loved this book, but found it lacking and a bit rushed. I just needed a little more and I'm sure we will get it from the next book. Hurry up October.

The other side of envy (the Academy). This series is written for youth, 15+ I think, though the audience for the other Academy series is a little older I think. It's a great series and pretty well written. I'm well past target audience age but deal with many young people regularly. It moves a little slow for me and I get annoyed by that. Still it is a good series.
