Review of Mitchell. Short and informative book on general symptoms and conditions of anxiety and depression. It has some good points and suggestions as to what to look for and self-help guidance as to activities for reducing the impact of these conditions. Very general, not too in depth or deeply clinical explanations and suggestions. Helpful though.
