The downtown of Montreal is currently experiencing a new dynamism and the Quartier international de Montreal (QIM) project is certainly the principal source. This project includes the extension of the Palais des Congres, the construction of a vast underground parking complex, the redesign of public space and the addition of a new square, in addition to new office buildings.
