The Mystery of the Mermaid Ghost is a tiny book written from the imaginations of my granddaughters ten years ago when they were 5 and 7. We simply sat down at a computer and they let their imaginations create this fun little story on an impromptu basis. In about 4 hours, the text was done, then we added some free clip art.

In honor of the tenth anniversary of this book, we would love for kids and grandparents to write the sequel to this book. Submit your work in pdf form to [email protected] and Annie and Maddie will identify the best one and notify them. Feel free to also publish them on the iTunes bookstore, but only the one selected by Annie and Maddie should use the Series Name: Mermaid Ghost. To be fair, kids should be 10 or under. Grandparents, have fun make memories. First sentence: "It was Summer again and Annie and Maddie were very excited to go back to the beach with Papa where they first saw the Mermaid Ghost...."
