From the lost of a bag, I trace the growing path of my inner self through a series of selfies, sometimes in dresses I paint, sometimes in outfit I once adored. Through the investigation I examine my lost identity which could have been borrowed and misused by third party without my knowledge. The second part of this volume includes a catalogue of old sketches I made during the First Biennale of Fashion in Florence, Italy. It was an event much celebrated and successfully organised by Luigi Settembrini in 1996. I acted as an old time journalist doing sketches while interviewing the artists and fashion designers for the SJ journal in Hong Kong .Exclusive interviews were granted to me by Romeo Gigli, Gianni Versace, Tai and Rosita Missoni, Prada as well as Ferre’. The putting together of the articles with sketches after 27 years is unusual but also is kept as a promise to Sig.Luigi Settembrini, thanking him for such an opportunity and for suggesting me the idea of publishing the album. Painting Pain Ting is also another catalogue which traces the beginning of wearing my paintings turned dresses. Two videos I created years ago ‘ Once upon a time’ and ‘ My dress and my sketch ‘ have been included with links.
