Arkadi Vladímirovich Dvorkóvich (en ruso: Арка́дий Влади́мирович Дворко́вич; 26 de marzo de 1972)[1] es un funcionario y economista ruso, actual presidente de la FIDE. Fue vice primer ministro en el gabinete de Dmitri Medvédev desde el 21 de mayo de 2012 hasta el 7 de mayo de 2018. Anteriormente fue asistente del presidente de la Federación Rusa desde mayo de 2008 hasta mayo de 2012. Dvorkóvich es considerado un confidente cercano de Dmitri Medvédev[2] y una figura importante en la política rusa. Saltó a la fama durante la presidencia de Medvédev, pero recientemente ha sufrido el resurgimiento de Igor Sechin.[3] Desde 2015, también es presidente de la junta directiva de la empresa RZhD.
