El listado de su obra incluye colecciones de ensayos Idle Thoughts of an Idle Fellow y Second Thoughts of an Idle Fellow, Three Men on the Bummel, secuela de Three Men in a Boat, y algunas otras novelas. En 1898 una corta estancia en Alemania le inspiraría Three Men on the Bummel, la secuela de Three Men in a Boat. En 1926 Jerome publicó su autobiografía, My Life and Times.
