I didn't think it was boring!. It was truly an inspirational book. It might seem boring for some but the fact that this was NON FICTION just made me keep reading about this guy (Greg) and his incredible mission to help spread peace and education! I just finished it today on a 5 hour plane flight all in one take! That's how much I enjoyed it!

One of the best. Made me cry and laugh. Rare for a book. Very uplifting, entertaining and informative about Islamic people. As good book as kite runner.

Three Cups of Tea. I could not put this book down. I would read it on my computer, IPhone or my IPad; whatever I could get my hands on at the moment. Greg M.'s passion for educating the children of Pakistan was phenomenal. It seems the more he accomplished the more driven he became.

Boring. Didn't really enjoy this at all and it's so boring throughout. A fabulous history book here on the iBookstore is 'The Jacobites' superb read.

Not Buyin' It..... ...be sure check out the recently-released "Three Cups of Deceit" by (the always excellent) Jon Krakauer.

(yawn)........ This book is bad for summer reading but what he did was good. Don't waste your life on this book. Just reading the description of the book is enough

Truly inspirational and eye opening!. One in a million book, that guarantees that you will never be the same after reading.

No. Just no. Save yourself.. starts boring. ends boring. in addition, the middle is also boring. congrats to what Greg did. but this is one of those cases, where a movie version of this would have been better than the book.

Inspiring. This is a spellbinding (love typical review words) story that would seem incredible, if it were fiction, which it is not. This book is inspiring and may affect your view of the war on terror.

Haters..... It's fairly obvious to me that all the people who trashed the book either didn't read more than the first few pages, or have no taste in documentary literature. What Greg did was awe inspiring, and the story he told, not only of love and cooperation, but of passion and commitment stayed with me for a long time. If you can't appreciate a good book, go back to your webcomics.

Bad.. Super boring. I advise everyone to not read it. It starts off boring and doesnt get any better.

Book is mostly a lie….research the author first. I read this book and, like many, I was completely hooked on the backstory, and wanting to help out in some way. But then I saw the 60 minutes special that exposed the author as a fraud and outright liar. Its too bad really because it is a great story.

Truly inspiring. From the moment I picked it up for reading, I could not put it down. It inspired me tremendously to do good and changed my perspective on war on terror. A must read for all who want to make a positive change in the world. Buy it and don't forget share a copy with friends.

Boring. I'm not sure how this book could make the best seller list. What Mortensen has done, and is doing, is great, but this would be much more interesting if it were an episode of "20/20"

Three cups of tea. Wonderful book. Very educational. Opened my eyes to many things I hear on tv news. Very interesting and would recommend this book to others. I will be reading the other books mentioned in the acknowledgment.

Greg Mortenson is a fraud. Mortenson and his PENNIES FOR PEACE organization, started by the montessori children's house, in Evergreen, Colorado, are frauds. Don't by the boom and don't give money. It will be money wasted. The Montessori program in evergreen, Colorado under Betsy Hoke, should be ashamed that they bilked children and their parents out of hard-earned money to go to a scoundrel who has lied to create a fundraising empire.

This book sucked. Literally the worst book i have ever read no one in my class liked it.......... At all. 500,000 thumbs down

Boring. This book is very boring for a summer reading book for school and I fall asleep after like every chapter I read I give the guy credit for what he did though
