Richard Bertinet
ha iniziato la sua carriera come panettiere in Bretagna, e da allora ha accumulato oltre vent’anni di esperienza come chef, pasticcere e insegnante di cucina. Nel 2005 ha fondato una rinomata scuola di cucina a Bath, in Inghilterra, che attira allievi da tutto il mondo. I suoi libri hanno vinto diversi premi, fra cui il Guild of Food Writers e il Julia Child. Nel 2014 è uscito per Newton Compton il suo manuale Scuola facile di pasticceria dolce e salata.
