TRIFT Transfer of Innovation Into the Field of Foreign Trade by Hartmut Müller Book Summary
Im dem Projekt TRIFT – ein Leonardo da Vinci-Innovationstransferprojekt 2010-2012 – wurde eine Kompetenzmatrix für den Bereich Außenhandel entwickelt, welche auf der Grundlage von Arbeitsprozessen in Kompetenzbereiche und innerhalb dieser in Kompetenzentwicklungsstufen gegliedert ist. Diese Kompetenzmatrix kann genutzt werden, um Kompetenzprofile für Personen, für Betriebe (z.B. als Anforderungsprofil bei Bewerbungen), aber auch für Berufsbildungsprogramme zu beschreiben. Sie wurde getestet in Auslandspraktika für Auszubildende aus dem Bereich Außenhandel. Diese mussten ein ePortfolio erarbeiten. Die Resultate wurden durch Assessment-Instrumente geprüft, die auf der Grundlage der Matrix zum Teil neu entwickelt wurden. Durch die valide Überprüfung der Kompetenzen, die im Rahmen eines Auslandspraktikums erworben wurden, ist es möglich, diese Praktika stärker in der Berufsausbildung zu verankern. Die Kompetenzmatrix und die im Projekt entwickelten Instrumente sind gut auch für den ECVET-Prozess zu nutzen. Diese Publikation enthält sowohl Artikel über die theoretischen Hintergründe und die Projektarbeit von TRIFT (verbunden mit Evaluationsanmerkungen) als auch eine Dokumentation der Resultate: die Kompetenzmatrix, Kompetenzprofile für verschiedene Berufsbildungsprogramme im Bereich Außenhandel und die Dokumente des ePortfolios und des Assessments.
