It is my absolute favorite book ever.. It was fun to read and will never be boring. I have 2 beagles of my own and they are one of the sweetest dog breads ever. Dogs are one of the best gifts god has gave me. Plz try this book you won’t regret it 👍🏻❤️🐶

Love Wish. The book wish at first I thought “Oh I won’t like it because it looks like it’s just about this dog or girl and she is probably clingy to him” but NO. This book is so much more! It’s about Riley and actually I love the dogs role and I really really want everyone to love this book because it’s the best book ever and I’m not really a fan of dogs but I live this dog and I love Riley’s story

Charley. This book is very useful

Such a touching book about a girl and the dog she wished to have. Great book. Charlie had a difficult childhood and seeing her evolving from a girl who let her anger get in the way of everything to a girl who is learning who to deal with her emotions is a major part of the book. Howard is one of my favorite characters and I love how kind hearted he is.

LOVED!!. This is my favorite book! Once I started reading it I couldn’t stop! I definitely recommend to girls ages 9-13. The lesson it teaches is very good. If hooks you right away!

Cute Middle Grade. This was a cute, moving book. I loved Charlie. She has a hard life and is dealing with it the best way she can. I also love all the characters in her community. Howard is a great character and best friend. Pineapple!

ten out of ten. i don’t like a lot of books containing dogs cause the main character is so obsessed with the dog, but in this case, there’s a good reason why riley has a dog. but the book isn’t all about the dog. making a wish everyday since 4th grade is hard work on your memory; which i gotta respect. i also respect how Riley’s perspectives on things changed entirely. she went city girl to “hill billy”. who knew that change would change her whole life?

All I can say is, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. There are not enough exclamation points to say how Much I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best book. This book was the best book I ever read in my entire life. What I liked about this book was that it was easy to read and understandable. I couldn’t stop reading it. I read it over and over. It was amazing.

Amazing. I just finished this book after buying it from a school fair, and I don't regret buying it. This book is amazing, from the grumpy girl in the start to the forgiving girl that closed a lid on her anger. Im not sure how you did it, but the last words of this book wanted me to cry and hug it and just let Charlie’s life go on and on. Her new life.
