Absolutely phenomenal. This book, and this book alone deserves an award. Not just any award, but the award for being a book that is simultaneously romantic, sad, heartfelt, sweet, sour, adorable, understandable, intelligently written, encouraging, enlightening, beautiful, fun, and hilarious. It is the book to end all books. Nothing in my 2,573 book collection can hold a candle to this work of art. David, an extraordinarily interesting and intelligent person who is never seen as a person. To his classmates, a freak, and to the reader, an incredibly beautiful amazing ball of emotions and other things you just want to take into your arms and keep him there until everything is better. This book demonstrates the demons of our society, the intricate mindset of those we underestimate, and a peek into the brain of something that is like nothing you have ever even thought about before. That of the other. Bravo, Julia. Bravo. Agriato!

Great book. Although a magnificent book I needed a little more closure to this story. More to the ending, what happens. I want to know what happens to there relationship. If they do in fact become more than friends. But after all I hope this doesn’t stop you from reading this book because it truly is a piece of art. ~ P@!9€

Open loop. At the end I wanted more. I wanted to know if David started to sit at Kit’s table with her friends. If they would go to prom together and what that would be like. I want to know if David could ever get the courage to play in the showcase. I NEED MORE!
