Well written and great illustrations. The content is outstanding. The other reviews complained about problems with layout on the iPad. It's way better if you go to the text settings, and turn on "scrolling view". That doesn't force page breaks that get in the way.

Doesn’t present well in the this format. Agree with other reviews the pictures and graphics are unusable. The actual paper book may be ok, but the digital formatting of this book is done very poorly and doesn’t present well on any of my iPads

Good text, bad e-format. I purchased the e-text to read “on the go” and for my iPad mini3 for reference. I already had the hardback & the material is well written & presented with amazing graphics, HOWEVER, the graphics & figures are broken over multiple pages in the e-text and requires turning multiple pages back and forth to follow nearly all the references. I don’t know if it’s any better in full sized iPad, but most of us use mini’s In the cockpit. Don’t waste your time or money in electronic format for phone or mini.

Not the most current edition.. Outdated edition being sold for full price. Chapter reorganization and content addition make this version obsolete for any Part 141 school utilizing the Guided Flight Discovery outline.
