Well done. This is a great book for new and experienced Airbnb hosts. Daniel tells a story of his journey from Airbnb employee to Superhost and all the research he has collected in between. I like to think of myself as a pretty informed host and I learned a lot of things that I didn’t know before reading his book. The best thing about his teachings from the book are many of them are free and very easy to execute. Well worth your your time and money.
Excellent Guide!. This is a huge help when starting your STR business. This book guided me through the whole listing and optimization process.
It’s ok.. Not a terrible read. A little expensive for what you get. There are some good tips, and a lot of references to other services to help you. But it felt more like an extended advertisement for third party Airbnb services and his website than a book that provided a lot of groundbreaking insight.

It basically outlines the strategies you need to be in the top few percent of rentals in any market. If you follow his guidance you will succeed at this game.
