The Marquess. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was quite an adventure!

Delightful. Patricia Rice has a true gem in The Marquess. The characters are beautifully written and easy to love, or hate. The plot brings laughter, groans, sighs, tears, and undying enjoyment. I loved every word and highly recommend it.

Yet the characters are so well developed and believable that the reader feels like part of this amazing ensemble. The plot, too, is full of suspense and surprises! 😖. The story and the characters were not developed at all, it just didn't pull you in. It was disappointing. The main female character was meant to be a strong female but she just ended up being obnoxious and loud, I really don't get why any author would think that a female character in order to be strong has to be so annoying and loud, oh and has to act like she hates men, as a woman I find that a bit offensive. The book was just not worth it.

Very good read. First time reading this author. Very good story with well drawn characters. Can’t wait to read more from her.

Great book. I enjoyed this book, I would love to read more, but at the time I just read e- books that are free. Your story is easy to believe from both sides of the ocean.

The Marquess. The Marquess by Ms. Rice was an adventure, mystery, and love story all rolled into one. I found this book a page turner, in that the main characters came to life as you read. You could just see the awesome Marquess and his little shrew coming together to solve the mystery! A wonderful book to read on a rainy day!

A great book. Really enjoyed reading this book. Heaps of action. Great characters and great storyline as well. Didn’t want to put it down till I finished the book. Well written too.
