Necessary read. This book has completely changed my life!! I love to work on myself and I love that Brendon gives me specific ways to work on each of the 6 Habits that are necessary to up myr game and achieve long-term success. Since I have been implementing his findings my performance level and prolific quality output has increased significantly and everyone around me notices. I also love that you can take a quick assessment and see where you stand on each of the habits so you can pinpoint what you need to do to up your game. I keep this and my bible by my bed. LOVE IT!! Thank you Brendon for dedicating your life to studying high performers so I can learn from you how to be better!!
A must read. High Performance Habits is a must-read for anyone who is seriously committed to reaching high levels of performance and achievement. The amount of research that Brendon has done for this book is outstanding and it’s very encouraging to know that anyone can become a high performer over the long term if they diligently practice these habits. I am particularly pleased that this book goes beyond just focusing on strengths because the research states that high performers do not report on their strengths any more than other people do. This books is highly recommended.
Exceptional read!. This is an exceptional read! I will say it took a bit to get through the introduction but once he started in on the habits I was hooked. This book is full of real life expectations that are realistic and backed by research. Highly recommend this book to anyone seeking out specific strategies to take themselves to the next level!
Best book.. This is quite simply, one of the best personal development books I have ever purchased. Straight to the point, teaching you exactly what to do in order to make the changes in your habits to start living the life of true freedom that you deserve. This should be taught in school.
