Game changer.. This book is a game changer. It's bout building anything new in a way where you create a product quickly and cheaply and then gather data about how to make the product better before you invest a lot of time and resources in a high quality product. The basic idea in this book is that the JOB of an entrepreneurial endeavor is "validated learning", or gathering and assimilating data about HOW to build the right product. A great guide to smarter entrepreneurship.

Good. A must read for every entrepreneur, especially those who are skeptical about Lean Startup methodology. In fact, a large part of the book is devoted to explaining the merits of the Lean methodology and convincing the unconvinced. The rest of the book explains the basic principles of Lean in great detail, with many real-life examples, which are highly inspiring too. One particular example describes a founder who managed to reach a conversion rate of well above 50% using the iteration principle. And that's must one example.

Easy to read. It's a great book, easy to read and understand. It present many great ideas on how to innovate and change the way we do our work. What is most amazing of it, is its focus on the scientific method to understand what to create and specially to learn. The proposal for new metrics to account for learning and accountability, in order to avoid waste is a great idea. A must read if you are looking to became an entrepreneur or if your are looking at a different way how to do things at your company. I hope you have a chance to enjoy it as mush as I did.

Not Helpful. A summary should not waste time sharing the author’s opinion of the book. Doesn’t outline how to create many of the tools the original book’s author deems essential to succeeding in business. Better to just buy the original book and skim. This was a waste of money.

Fabulous book!. This book is fabulous. I love Eric's honest in addressing situations faced by startups, and his intellectual curiosity and pursuit of excellence shines through. I have a ton of items circled and underlined for future reference and looking into more. Anyone thinking about innovation or even product development needs to read this book!
