IndoChina by Juan Sanz Sanz Book Summary

The cultivation of the vast lowland area of Southern Indochina is the main objective of this project. Complementary to the Mekong project are those of Iravadi and the Red River of Tonkin, Cambodia and Cochin China. The same work is necessary in the Tonkin and Annam rivers. But there is a very special project in this region, around the use of the Saluen River.
