Good information, mediocre book.. I really enjoy Ben Shapiro and his content. Even when I disagree with his arguments I still appreciate his thorough explanation of his logic. However, I felt that this book could have been one chapter - the disintegrationists. The book is broken down into chapters of philosophy, culture and history but they blend together constantly (because those topics in general blend together). I noticed myself asking the question “wait what chapter is this?” multiple times because they all feel the same. It is quality content but singularly focused on one subject.

Finally some non partisan facts. It’s so refreshing to hear a take on American politics that is factually rooted as opposed to blatantly pushing false narratives in support of one extreme agenda.

Amazing very relevant especially now. Great book, huge fan of Ben and his podcast but this book was very informative for what we are facing as a nation and how we are to hopefully reconcile what now seem like very vast differences. 10/10 would recommend

Ben Shabino strikes again. Ben once again uses grossly ahistorical characterization to push his neoconservative rhetoric.

Great read.. I found it to be very fair and informative. In a way it was sad , because they things he writes about are already occurring . I really pray that the left will reconsider the path they are choosing.

Fantastic. Shapiro adeptly outlines America’s history and what’s at stake moving forward in this well-researched and thoughtful book. He makes strong arguments against those who wish to condemn America and transform it into something decidedly un-American. Highly recommend.

This books is the opposite of good. Ben does a great job here of misconstruing poorly represented statistics and hate with what he claims to be facts. This is a great book if you want to become both more stupid and racist.

Self Evident. All you need to see to tell Ben is right here are the troll one star reviews saying this promotes racism. Those are the people this book is talking about and they don’t like being called out in their mom’s basement.

Thanks Ben for a timely and thought provoking read.. Thought provoking and timely. I wish more of my generation would take personal responsibility over their lives (and kids lives), instead waiting on the world to give them a handout every time they feel entitled to it. Thank you Ben for fighting the good fight, and thank you for not settling for mediocrity. Your passion is an inspiration and many times has pulled me out of ruts of complacency and hopelessness!

Needed. Right now. Must read.. EVERYONE in America should check this out. An amazing and insightful debunking of all this leftist nonsense tearing our beloved country apart. We need to set aside our differences and turn our gaze to what really matters: AMERICA IS AMAZING. And it is our duty to preserve it.

Very inciteful. As a liberal, I started listening feeling I was going to take issue at every page and period. However I was pleasantly surprised. Good to here the opinion of the other side once and a while to ensure intellectual sustainability

A much needed reminder. A much needed reminder of why America is a great country. We've not only done good for ourselves but other countries have taken our ideals and applied to their own.

Grains of truth, beach of lies. Wrong but compelling. Our actions depend on the stories we tell ourselves and his narrative is very appealing to many despite it falling apart if we are able to recollect the world as it was twenty or even ten years ago. We used to tell ourselves different narratives than the ones we do now. Those narratives were very comforting, even for many people to whom those narratives did a disservice. Ben is a smart guy and he’d probably eventually change his mind on many of these topics. But he’s risen to fame based on a certain worldview and so his worldview will be frozen forever.

Interesting. I feel like one of the reasons that the left hates Ben is because he can actually explain anything he is saying instead of giving absolutely no proof. All in all good book.
