It also contains Korean People’s Army and other theater-specific concepts, translated into English where appropriate, that are underlined when introduced in the text. If the concept name is similar to a U.S. term but has a different meaning, an explanation of the North Korean concept is provided. ATP 7-100.2 applies to the Active Army, Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and United States Army Reserve unless otherwise stated.
