Fantastic book. I have been anxiously awaiting King’s book and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Arranged marriages happen in the mafia as they try to align families but not usually this way. King, who is in line to be the Capo, is in love with Del, but she is in love with someone else- who King happens to make her bodyguard. This book definitely has a love triangle in it and King’s selflessness of wanting Del to be happy breaks your heart, but it is so much more. There is a threat to the families and he needs to take charge and protect the families at all costs. Once again, RVD creates a story that keeps you guessing and cursing her with the plot twists. I loved everything about this fantastic story, except that this is the last in the Mafia Royals series. It provides all of the emotions- heartbreak, sadness, laughing and happiness. “Until it Ends” is the theme of this book, but I think it is more- the end for now for RVD and her fantastic mafia world.

Rage and Bedroom eyes. The cherry on top of the second generation. King rises to his heartbreaking position on so many occasions that I was wiping tears for him from page one. Thanks for rocking the emotional boat throughout this story right until the end. Blood in. No out.

I’m devastated that it’s over.. This is the only series I’ll go back and read over and over again. I’m cried like a baby when I got to the end of this book. Somehow it never seems like enough, I always want more. From the first page to the last I’m sucked in and can’t stop reading. This has without a doubt been my absolute favorite book series EVER. from Nixon to King and every mafia boss in between.

Love it. OMG I can’t believe is over, but it is, let’s hope is not. Thank you for this amazing book, for teaching us about friendship and love and family. I cry like a baby when I thought that Tex was not going to make, in my defense I’m very sentimental!! Let’s hope for more in the future for now is not a goodbye is a see you soon.

King!!!. I love Rachel VanDyken’s books but her mafia is my absolute favorite. I loved King and Del’s story. This book had me laughing and crying all on the same chapter. This is a must read, a great ending for this generation of mafia. I can’t wait for more in the future.

A must read and have tissues!. 5 Stars Wow oh wow! This book has left me speechless, I have no words. I’m still processing it all. All I have to say is it’s a must read, have tissues and make sure you don’t have to work or be social….you won’t want too. Rachel you have seriously out some yourself. Every book you wrote just amazes me. A must read!

Ooh King. My heart!. King’s story is here! As hard as I tried to be I was not at all prepared! It is bittersweet to be typing this review as this is the final book in Rachel Van Dyken’s Mafia Royal Series. I never want to say goodbye to this world she has created but I am hopeful for more in the future! I have been anticipating King’s story from the beginning of this series and I could never have predicted the turmoil, heartache and angst I would go through reading this! It was all consuming and I devoured it in one sitting. The thing I love about mafia romance is the love and loyalty within the families. There is nothing like it and oh was that evident with King’s story! He does what is expected of him and steps up to his rightful place as head of the family, regardless of what that means for his heart and his unrequited love for Del. This is an arranged marriage for her, as her heart belongs to another. But for King, I absolutely shattered for him. His strength, selflessness and love of Del is unlike anything I’ve ever read. The emotions, the wreckage of my heart, and the way these characters crept deep into my soul as I read is indescribable. This story is unpredictable and I could not turn the pages fast enough to get to the end. Broken Crown was the perfect end to tie up these two incredible series. I really loved how everything comes full circle. Blood In. No Out!
