Another Seal meets his match.. Book four in the Deep Six series includes Wolf and Chrissy. Chrissy owns a charter service out of Key West. She brings divers who would like to help find the treasure of the Santa Cristina. She and Wolf started as friends getting ready to move into that relationship stage when something happened. We finally find out what happened. Mr Green with Envy, aka Wolf totally misread something and deserves a tattoo that reads something like : dumb male on board. Chrissy however is living her life trying to avoid all the mistakes her mother made and thus isn’t really living. Agreeing to meet Wolf for dinner in Key West, Chrissy and her partner Winston cut through a deserted area on the wharf and are both shot. Chrissy manages to get to Wolf for help. There are two more attempts on Chrissy’s live that are easily explained. While Wolf stays w Chrissy partial in protection, Chrissy suggests they become friends with benefits after Wolf let’s a big surprise out. Common sense tells us this plan is definitely going to backfire in her face. I am enjoying this series, however, I just wish there were more digging for treasure happening. The first chapter and last chapter has the ship wrecked victims doing more work with the treasure than these ex-Navy Seals are doing. This is the only reason why I do not give these books a five star rating. The romance of each couple is excellent. All are so different from one another but so compatible. Two books to go with Romeo and Doc left plus the treasure waiting to be found.

A wild ride. Wolf and Chrissy are electric together. This series does a fantastic job of previewing the couple in the previous book. I knew from the first moment they were on the page together that their story would be dynamic, funny, sexy and a wild ride. Chrissy is a strong, energetic, fully capable woman and she will not accept less than she deserves. She thinks that Wolf is not the kind of man to settle down. He’s too handsome, too charming, to charismatic to want a home, a family. She underestimates him and learns that he can be as stubborn as she can and he always finds a way to get what he wants. He wants Chrissy and will do anything to keep her safe. This book joins the already in progress search for treasure off the coast of key west and is full of intrigue, danger and sexy times. It would be best enjoyed if read in series order.

Highly recommend. I don’t know how she does it. Julie Ann Walker keeps topping her last book. I feel like these characters are friends whom I’ve come to care about. I was literally sneaking in chapters in between meetings! I literally laugh out loud at times making my husband ask what I’m reading. I read out loud to him what made me laugh and we now use some of the one liners in our daily life! I can’t wait for the next one! Highly recommend, you’ll be addicted too!

Highly recommend. There’s so much to love about this book. A continuing storyline that just gets better and better, friendships like family, adventure, mysteries to solve, laugh out loud banter and the forever kind of love that makes you laugh, cry and sigh....my kind of book. Highly recommend this book and the whole series.

Loved it!!. Ray and Chrissy were a wonderful read! I thoroughly enjoyed loosing myself in the story. Ms. Walker wrote another winner, in my opinion!

Love this series. I absolutely love this series and Julie Ann Walker. Her books are my go-to reads anytime I need something I know it great! This book is no exception. I love the chemistry and banter between Chrissy and Wolf. Smoking hot times and action round out the story well. I can’t wait for her next book. Now I need to go back and start at the beginning of this series…again!! Or reread all the Black Knight series. Honest review of ARC

Five star read!. Julie Ann Walker is the queen of romantic suspense! She never disappoints. Deeper Than the Ocean is the fourth book in the Deep Six series. Unlike some of the others, this one took place more on Key West than Wayfarer Island. Chrissy unwittingly witnessed a crime and Wolf came to the rescue. Without giving any spoilers, Wolf continues to keep her safe from continued attempts on her life. As always, the chemistry between the characters is off the charts. We also get a glimpse of the interaction between Romeo and Mia who will be featured in book 5. I highly recommend this author, this series, and this book. I received an ARC for an honest opinion

Why is “falling in love” such a bad thing to do?. What do you do when the woman you've fallen in love with says she's never going to fall in love? Do you give up on her or do you try to change her mind? And what is wrong with falling in love? Doesn't it happen to everyone at some point? Wolf and Chrissy are a perfect pair, but after watching her mom fall in love, marry and then divorce multiple times, she has no trust in falling in love. Does she trust men? I'm not sure. Maybe a select few. Winston is her best friend and business partner and she trusts him. And you will see that deep down she trusts Wolf. i think she is scared of love because she saw what it did to her mother. And deep down, everyone of those men became a father figure to her and then they just left her. Wolf was raised in a strong family and he is looking for a love like what his parents have. He thinks he has found it with Chrissy, if he can just change her mind about falling in love. When mayhem abounds, he's the one there to save her, protect her, take care of her and love her. Will that be enough? And will the Deep Six team ever find the motherlode from the Santa Cristina?
